Long story short, no other place can compare to Sweet Spot Bakery. I did my research and in term of customer service and the value, Nell's cake cannot be beat. She was very responsive over email and very accommodating with my designs\.I wanted to do a custom scrabble cake and gave Janelle the tile arrangements and asked her to have fun with it. I can't be any more pleased with the result, It looked so good and my girlfriend loved it! She went above and beyond the call of duty and paid careful attention to the details. I love the bag of scrabbles up top and the marbled tile holders that resembled closely to the actual holder. If i didn't know any better, i would say she took the tile holder straight from the game! The display case doesn't have them listed by the muffins. I asked 2 questions overall and panicked and just picked 2 other flavors hoping they would be okay, but it wasn't as good of an experience as last month and left me a bit flustered. I'm never expecting over the top super happy, springy first thing in the morning but rolling your eyes and acting exhausted from 2 questions just seemed like a bit much for a happy and bright muffin spot.
