I read sentences like these before visiting, but without context they held little value. Sure I've been in a RH before, sure I've gawked at the prices, but price is relative, I said. What is cheap, I asked? Well, I found out. This is the purpose of this particular review. As far as offerings, can you find a cloud sofa or any luxury sofa at RH's version of a decent price? Absolutely! Will you find a chandelier under a grand? Absolutely not! I personally found $660 office or dining chairs as low as $330 a piece, clearance priced bar stools, a large alabaster lamp base for $805, floor length mirrors, plenty of area rugs, patio furniture and bed frames (check out the photos)! Additionally, customer service was on point (not that I'd expect anything less with any offset of RH). If this pricing tickles your pickle, make sure to visit on Wednesdays when they receive new shipment!

I heard about Rug Mart from an acquaintance when I asked her where she purchased a beautiful rug in her home. So we decided to check them out when we were shopping for a new rug for our living room. Rug Mart Houston has an incredible selection of rugs, on site, ready for you to see and available immediately for purchase. Considering we were searching for an oversized rug (12x15), being able to see the rug - full size - and not in a very small sample size, on-site availability was very important to us. Latif, the owner, listened to us describe what we were interested in and even asked to see photos of our room (which we happened to have), as well as paid close attention to the rugs we liked as we were looking through the vast selection, and he helped us quickly narrow it down to a couple of favorites. Latif was very polite, professional, and followed up with us in an appropriate time frame (he was not pushy at all). He has a HUGE selection of every type of style of rug one could be looking for and in many price ranges. Bottom line, we would buy from Latif again. We could not be happier with our rug purchase - the large rug and the runner to coordinate with it - look fantastic.

I looked at lot of other stuff I didn't need but thought would look great in my house. Focus, Leslie, focus. There were actually people to help me load it up in the cart, too. And if there had been more than one random cashier this could have been a four star "home decor at a reasonable price" place. It's set up like a warehouse kinda like Sam's or Costco. It's not high end stuff...but it's nice. Especially if you redecorate often. No one wants to spend big money for something you may change seasonally or on a whim.
