Tried to match engineered hardwood sample from my living room to replace kitchen floor. Never…read moretrust just matching in their showroom with different lighting. They should have come to my house to match. Didn't match at all and told it could not be returned because it was a special order. Said the brand and color I had for living room had been discontinued but it wasn't. Suggested an Armstrong brand. Was horrible quality. I've had the hardwood in living room and entryway for over 20 years with not one issue. Within a year had dents in wood in kitchen that Floors for Living had laid. They also order way more than needed and said I couldn't get a refund on several extra unopened boxes. Furthermore, I had them retile a bathtub which took well over 3 months because they forgot to frame in for a new grab bar that I wanted installed horizontally. Had to tear out tile, frame, then retile. Took chunk out of my tub when removing old tile. Took a chunk out of my floor tile too. Just a mess. Don't use them or you will be sorry!
