If you're looking for a smaller portion, they also offer a junior lobster roll for $30, which also includes fries. I also tried the clam chowder. It wasn't bad by any means, but I didn't think it was anything special, especially compared to how incredible the lobster roll was. The atmosphere is fun and casual. They have these funny skeleton decorations scattered around the property that gave the place a lot of personality. Ordering is simple--you place your order at the register, receive a table number, and the staff brings your food out once it's ready. Service was friendly, and the wait for food wasn't long at all. The indoor dining area is fairly small, but there is plenty of outdoor seating. Most tables have umbrellas for shade, and there's also a larger covered seating area if you want even more protection from the sun or rain. They also have self-serve water stations outside, which is a nice touch on a hot day. Parking is limited because the lot is small, but it's free if you're lucky enough to grab a spot. Best of all, the outdoor patio is pet friendly, so we were able to enjoy an amazing lobster roll with Luna by our side. I would absolutely come back--the lobster roll alone is worth the trip!

I mean, it's Boston, so I get it -it's a tourist area - but it's still worth mentioning. The ordering process is simple: order at the counter, grab a table, and wait for your food. I also wasn't a fan of seeing one of the staff members standing at the bar right next to us eating with an earbud in. It wasn't a huge deal, but it didn't feel very professional. We as in my boyfriend ordered both the cold Maine-style lobster roll with mayonnaise and the warm Connecticut-style lobster roll. The positives: * The bun was a perfect 10/10 soft, buttery, and toasted perfectly. * The lobster tasted fresh. * The lobster-to-bun ratio was decent, although I personally prefer the more generous portions you get in Maine. * The atmosphere was great with baseball on the TVs and a fun Boston vibe. Very seaport forward. The downsides: * The Connecticut-style roll barely had any butter and definitely needed more. * The lobster was slightly overcooked probably by a few minutes which made it a bit tougher than it should have been. * At around $40 per lobster roll, I expected better execution. The clam chowder was also disappointing. I kept wondering where the clams were because I barely tasted any. It was very thick and mostly tasted like corn. Even after adding salt and pepper, it didn't improve much. Overall, I expected more for the price. There were definitely some highlights, especially the bun with fresh lobster and the atmosphere, but the food didn't quite live up to the cost. That said, I'll give it another try because maybe this was just a fluke. I always like giving restaurants a second chance, and I'm hoping this experience was the exception rather than the norm.

Our wait staff was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, and the whole experience was truly out of this world. I started with the Golden Tide, which was a delicious combination of pineapple and orgeat flavors. Refreshing, tropical, and a great way to kick things off. For appetizers, I ordered fresh raw oysters and the scallop ceviche, I honestly don't know much about choosing oysters, so my waitress basically gave me a mini oyster class and I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was! She explained the differences between oysters, including how some are creamy and briny while others are much saltier, almost like taking a bite straight out of the ocean. Such a cool experience and something I genuinely appreciated. And that scallop ceviche? Hands down, the BEST ceviche I've ever had. The scallops were incredible, and I loved that they served it with root vegetable chips instead of the typical tortilla chips. Sweet potato chips added such a unique flavor and texture. Absolutely delicious! For dinner, I had the sumac-crusted tuna with haricots and assorted vegetables, and it was fantastic. The tuna was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and paired perfectly with the vegetables. Between the food, the atmosphere, the energy, and especially the knowledgeable and attentive service, Row 34 delivered a dining experience that I'll definitely remember. This is exactly the kind of restaurant that makes dining out feel like an experience rather than just a meal.
