He was very responsive regarding getting the home inspection scheduled quickly, effectively coordinated radon testing, and got us the home inspection report in a timely manner. During the actual inspection itself I walked around the home with Robert and he took time to explain concerns that should be addressed immediately along with calling out things that can be handled later on.
