Had the BBQ combo, with onion rings instead of fries and the spicy shrimp as an add-on. So stinking full after downing what felt like a million calories. My sister-in-law was finally able to have her belated birthday sundae. To see the game, I had to turn my head back, because both screens were to the side and behind me, which was difficult with a sore neck right now, but the atmosphere was nice, despite the very chatty customer next to us with very creative vocabulary, lol. His company was not having a very happy time, and we felt every bit of the tension, not to mention her complaints of the server being rude. We still enjoyed our meal, and was pleasantly surprised with the manager, Cale, taking the time to acknowledge us, and show such consideration for having to engage with the neighboring table. He apologized to us and offered a free appetizer to us to make sure our experience is better on our return. We appreciate the way he handled the situation with the other couple, his professionalism, and the way he cares about all his guests in Hard Rock Cafe.

They have so much in offer in addition to the food from baby clothes and books to kitchen accessories and even dog treats. It would be a great place to pick up a unique gift. The food is definitely the main character though, with everything from sourdough and cookies and pies, to jams and olives and store made salty snacks. They will definitely have something to cure your hunger. It was early in the day so I ended up getting a cherry turnover I saw in the display. It looked incredible and tasted even better. The pastry was flaky and buttery and sweet. I can't be 100% sure that the cherries were not canned, but they tasted fresh and that's what matters. My husband opted for an Olallieberry pie cup and it was also very good. It's basically a small piece of pie served a la mode pie in a cup. The Olallieberry has a really mild flavor and it's not overly sweet so my husband really liked it. They offer indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy your treats if you want to eat on site but it was an unplanned stop for us so we needed to get back on the road. They had so many pie options. I would have loved to try some but I didn't want it to sit in the car and if we had stopped a little later in the day, I might have liked to try one of their sandwiches as well but hey, there's always next time.

It looked like a lonely old shack/diner with two synthetic wood grain picnic tables outside. I ordered a double cheeseburger through Avi (I think that was his name). Friendly mellow guy. You DO have to have to wait 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked. The burger was somewhat juicy, a good bun and lettuce tomato onions were fresh. Pretty good for under 9 bucks! By comparison to In n Out, I'd say that this burger is a few notches above In n Out and somewhat a bit larger. As I was waiting for my burger to be cooked, locals started to pour in, that the parking spaces in the lot were full and the other cars had to park on the street. I later found out that there is a small dining area to the far left of the diner as you're facing it. 2 tables to sit down inside but does not seem like it'll be a good idea to sit inside on a hot summer day. But I'll definitely be back. Pricewise, I'd say the price of hot grilled double cheeseburger beats any of the competition within a 200 mile radius.

They also have staff inside walking around cleaning, and the bathrooms are very clean. They definitely care. The market is the real gem, as they have allllll the basics. You can get from produce to quality wine to fresh made sandwiches and even rotisserie chicken. This is not a normal convenience store, though it's the most convenient one I've ever been to! My Sandwich was amazing and huge for $8.99! I don't know how you can eat the really big ones, but bring your appetite if you try! The wine buyer is on point, as they have very quality vineyards and a variety on most of the grapes. Same with liquor and beer! The specialty items are also something to speak to. I got Columbia salami and they had types I can't find at any of the grocery stores anywhere! (see pic). They also have a ton of cooler foods like salads etc. And the coffee is also amazing. They actually have a good brand that produces quality coffee that pours itself so you can't accidently spill it (thank you). They have multiple types and brands actually. And one comes with the sandwich or ft drink. Let's also talk about the app which gives you great deals and discounts on gas - it's honestly the best. If you could only shop at Power Markets you'd be really saving a lot of money. They do cool Kings deals if they score over 100 points too - so thanks for that H&S! It's also a family owned and operated chain based in SoCal so you truly are shopping local and supporting a good cause. Just can't say enough good things about this place - you have to check it out!

Update: The owner reached out and advised we'll be getting…read morerefunded that additional fee that was charged, which we really appreciate. Because the owner made this right, I have updated my rating from 1 to 3. Because of yesterday's service, I did not change my rating to higher than 3. Also, we will give them another chance. Our son's birthday is next month and he really wants to get some Alaskan size pizzas for it from them and again, because the owner made this right, we will be placing these pizza orders for his birthday through them. Hoping for better service next time we go. Original review: I've ordered the same pizza over the years from this place. I literally got charged $8.27 plus tax for them inputting a note that I have a tomato allergy (Misc Open). I've never paid this fee for this same exact pizza order. That's about $9 more than was I've previously paid for this same order before. I brought this to their attention and the girl at the register (different than the gals I've picked pizza up from before) was very unhelpful and unwilling to correct. I did not want to cause a scene so I paid it especially since she refused to correct it. But due to how I was treated and what they did, they have lost my business. Please note that we called the order in versus doing it in the app but we should have ordered from the app because it would have been cheaper especially since they tacked on an additional fee and I brought that up when we picked up the order. The girl did nothing to resolve this and refused to. Extremely poor service which we never had in the past. Anyway, my husband was upset and advised them that we will no longer get pizza there for ourselves because of this. Our son's birthday is coming up in a month and he wanted to order some pizza for his party from them, but after this, we will take our business elsewhere. Additional context: Charged $74.40 yesterday for the Alaskan size pizza (white sauce, pepperoni, garlic, and basil). I'm allergic to tomatoes so I'm forced to pay for substituting it with white sauce. If they had extra olive oil as an alternative, I would have picked that. The sauce options that are available, the ones that don't cost extra to substitute, I cannot have. I remember when this same pizza was fifty some dollars a few years ago but we've been paying about $65 for this same exact pizza size with the same exact toppings the last couple years for myself. The only time it was less is when it's a smaller size pizza order. Anyway, I was going in expecting to pay this and it was a sticker stock when I was told I had to pay that much for this pizza. I was only expecting to pay about $65 for the order.
