He demanded most of the money up front, after we were halfway through the foundation repair. He was hard to comminicate with. Several weeks would go by without any response to my calls and texts. He told me that one time, he did not return my calls is because he was in jail. It took him 4 months to finish the foundation repair, and requested more money to finish the roof leak and finish the sidewalk that he was supposed to repair. His crew tore up the old sidewalk (pictures attached), but left as soon as he did with the check for materials. His crew never came back. I told him I was going to put a stop payment on the check, but he had already cashed it. He told me to find someone else to finish the work. I have since found out that he has pulled this kind of scam before. He is not trustworthy, and I am affraid that the warrenty he gave me on the foundation isn't worth the paper it was printed on. Three of the top foundation companies in Houston came and looked at my home and confirmed the work that Randy Rose said I needed to repair the damages HIS company caused was incorrect and over priced. Level Pro quoted me a price of $6245 and way more piers than required. Jericho Foundation is repairing my foundation for almost half the price quoted by Level Pro. A civil suit is being filed against Level Pro to recover the money lost I have lost due to this horrible company's negligence.
