Very professional tour group. They also are a preferred provider for St. Andrew's tee times. If you want to go first class then this is your tour guides/ drivers. Always on time waiting to serve you. Kenny Phillip was our guide for the week. Super job. With great suggestions. We all left as good friends. Can't wait to repeat the experience.

I used Connoisseur Travel to book a trip for my daughter and I out west to visit the national parks in southern Utah and then head to Disneyland, with a stop in Vegas, in a Mustang covertible. What a great trip!! John Cerrotti did an excellect job pulling it all together and even let us know when the flight times changed so we weren't caught by surprise. I plan to book all my travel with Connoisseur Travel in the future with John as my go-to agent!

Ariel Giraldi at Connoisseur Travel did an amazing job arranging a fantastic and flawless vacation in a short amount of time for my wife and I to Machu Picchu and Easter Island! This was my first time using a travel agent, and I would highly recommend Connoisseur Travel to anyone. I had a great experience with them, and plan to use them again for future trips. I basically just told Ariel where I wanted to go and the dates I wanted, and she took care of the rest. I travel internationally for work all the time and usually have to figure out my own logistics, but that was never a concern on this trip. From the time we left home to the time we returned, I never even had to think about tickets, tour guides, where to eat, how to get from point A to point B, or what hotel we were staying at. At every step of the way, there was always someone there with a sign with my name waiting to take care of my wife and I. We started in Peru - going to Lima, Cusco, Aguas Calientes, and Machu Picchu. Ariel always had private drivers and tour guides ready to go for us that were on time, extremely knowledgable, and very accommodating. The hotels were very nice, the restaurants were local and authentic (no tourist traps), and the sights were amazing. We loved the people and are pretty sure we'll be retiring in rural Peru now. Next we went on to Easter Island and had basically the same great experience. Our private tour guide took care of us for 3 days straight, knew everything about the island, and was able to set us up with tickets to a traditional native dinner and show. On our way back from Easter Island, we had a long layover in Chile and the tour guide service set us up with a winery tour just outside of Santiago. The wine was amazing and we bought a few bottles to take home with us back to the States. Again, this was my first time using a travel agency. It was an excellent decision, and I'll definitely be reaching out to Ariel again for future travel needs.

So it is important to note that SHE gets five stars, and TravelVisa Pro is fortunate to have her around. The agent our hiring company initially assigned to us was busy one afternoon, so the receptionist (fortunately) put us through to an available agent, Christen Werner. She was so attentive, thorough, and immediate with her responses that my wife and I have dealt solely with her since then. Christen has been patient as we have been awaiting documents from various agents but yet has sent everything that has come across her desk immediately to the relevant visa issuing authorities at the Saudi Embassy. She has kept us up to date with each development in the process, even as some parties have (such as the registrar of my wife's alma matter ) submitted incorrect documentation and we had to wait for another set to be sent. My wife and I have taught overseas for over six years and the most frustrating thing is navigating multiple bureaucracies while having minimal feedback while your future is being held in the hands of strangers. Travel Visa Pro has been a breath of fresh air during this process that would otherwise be so frustrating. It will be a year before our family and friends see us again and we have enjoyed spending time with them in a mental state of peace. It is well worth the cost to not only have the visa process expedited but to have the peace and presence of mind in the last few weeks at home before you say goodbye for another year.

IT WILL…read moreBE CHEAPER AND FASTER FOR YOU TO JUST GO TO THE CONSULATE YOURSELF.*** This was my first time using Travel Visa Pro. I decided to give it a shot because I had a last minute business trip come up that required me getting my China visa. I had about 30 days to do it. When I put in my application, and paid extra for the "concierge services," my agent John Sisson told me I could expect around a 2 week turn around. He also gave me a list of documents to submit, which I did. I should also note, HE insisted I sent my expired Taiwanese passport, which I (and even the resolutions manager, Ruta, who admitted it to me over the phone) believed messed up my entire application. After the 2nd week mark, I started getting multiple strange requests for more and more documentation. This included a "statement" for 1) a "travel" document 2) "name change," which I've never had... 3) AND THEN, John came back and said they also wanted my birth certificate AND copies of both my parents' passports. This was ludicrous - all my Taiwanese American friends, along with my Taiwanese dad who has done visas for my family - never encountered this. They were all stunned that this was happening. The core problem is that I'm estranged from my biological mom's side of the family. I've also never had a birth certificate since I've kept a US passport all my life for I-9 employment, travel, identity verification, etc., and never had the need a birth cert. Never mind that it would be IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a copy of my biological mom's passport (assuming she even has one, or is still alive), I came to find after placing an order for a birth cert with California that it could take up to 14 weeks or more to receive. Since I couldn't afford to wait 14 weeks, I told Lester Sisson my situation. His response was basically, "Well, too bad, that's what the consulate wants." Then I told him and John I needed a refund since their service caused me to cancel my trip. After having to follow up a few times, they put me in contact with Ruta Stankus, the resolutions manager. I discussed everything with Ruta, and how upset I was about this whole situation. And that's where she told ME that she agreed we never should have sent the consulate my expired Taiwanese passport. She (and Lester, in writing - **see attached photo**) also said that recently, Travel Visa Pro has had lots of issues recently with getting dual Taiwanese-American citizens their China visas. She told me over the phone that she would get my passports back, along with a full refund. I did get my passports back, but they refunded me "the consulate fee" and "10% of the service fee." I asked them for a full refund, but Ruta basically blamed it on me and said YOU withdrew your application, so basically it's your fault. Needless to say, I am REALLY upset. I paid for "concierge" services and because of THEIR delays and incompetence, I had to cancel an overseas business trip. My bigger concern is, if Lester and Ruta are telling me they're KNOWINGLY seeing China visa delays with dual citizens "all the time," THEN WHY WAS I NOT WARNED BEFOREHAND THAT IT COULD TAKE LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS? It's as if they were surprised that it did, and then when it did, and I subsequently had to cancel my trip, and then withdrew my application, they blamed it on me for not just waiting another 14 weeks to maybe hopefully get my birth certificate. Who knows if I would have gotten random mysterious requests for more documentation and that a birth certificate, 14 weeks from now, would even settle it? So, I've wasted one month, had to cancel/rearrange a bunch of my business plans, and pay for the agency's dishonesty/incompetence with the turn around time. They also stopped responding to my emails asking for a refund. DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS. THEY WOULD RATHER STEAL YOUR $400 THAN PAY FOR THEIR OWN FAILED SERVICE. I only used them to save myself a trip from having to fly to the consulate myself, but now it would have been faster and cheaper to have just done it myself.

They've been fantastic to work with, and I recommend them without reservations. Here's some of things that make them so effective. (1) Deep understanding of the employment immigration system and the criteria for successful acceptance of your applications. They will work with you to refine your application to highlight the appropriate areas, demonstrate how they meet the required criteria, and provide a clear path for USCIS to approve the application. (2) An online portal for document management, with logins for employer and the employee. This is used to share key documents and provide feedback, allowing you to see where you are at each step. (3) Availability for answering questions and providing guidance. We have sent resumes to VisaPro for potential employees, asking them for advice on what type of visa would be appropriate. We have held detailed discussions on particular applications. We have also requested advice on employees who were leaving our firm in the middle of the process. In all cases, we have found them to be responsive and knowledgeable. (4) A clear and transparent pricing scheme. Generally, there are fixed fees for certain types of applications, with additional costs if the application goes into a second round. We've found the fees to be very reasonable. Our typical process with VisaPro with a new employee case has been (a) Upfront conversation between our firm, the employee, and lawyer (b) VisaPro tells us what documents to gather, has us fill out a matrix of job responsibilities and skills (c) VisaPro compiles the application and send it to us for review, with specific instructions on what to sign, what checks to include, etc. In cases where the USCIS returns a Request for Evidence (RFE), asking for more details, they have been explicit in advising us what information will be the most effective in making our case, and helped us create a compelling response. In one case they were even able to tap into their network and provide supporting letters from experts in the field. We typically find ourselves working with one of several attorneys supported by other staff members. This has worked well for us. The lawyer is available when needed, but a paralegal or other staff member can provide rapid or informal feedback. The current US work immigation system is complex and time consuming. Recent political trends have been making this worse. Despite this, my understanding is that VisaPro has close to 100% success rate in H1-B cap applications by their clients. We've found them to be effective shepherds for all of our employment immigration-related needs.
