Shane always made himself available to tour houses when they were being listed. This gave us a chance to tour houses early giving us time to think and decide on next steps. Shane provided comprehensive review during the tours, covering quality, builder, materials used, appliances, potential upgrades/fixes, etc. that was very helpful while comparing different houses. The research team did a good job compiling the background details of the house and comp analysis. During the offer stage, Shane helped coming up with a strategy, but never put a lot of pressure, if we were not comfortable. He was patient during the entire process and always answered questions as soon as possible. He was always on top during the negotiations in terms of getting updates from listing agents which helped fine tune our offers. Even though it took a few attempts, Shane was always supportive and was open to discussing what could we do better next time. I learnt a lot during this process. Our winning offer was a Flyhomes cash offer, which was not the highest offer but the fast and smooth closing offered by the Flyhomes team secured the win for us. It's definitely worth a shot in this market. I would also like to thank Nicholas Anderson from Flyhomes Mortgage, who was very patient in running calculations multiple times before we made offers and helping with hypothetical scenarios. Having all the data before making offers helped us make informed decisions. That being said, there is always room for improvement. The app UI can improve a bit (in terms of how quickly new house listings notifications are sent out) and sync between multiple teams within Flyhomes can improve further. To conclude, I would highly recommend Flyhomes to 1st time home buyers in competitive real estate markets for a one stop shop solution.

Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . I highly suggest people who is thinking use them, think twice ! By the way , their mortgage interest rate is completely rip off, DO NOT Use them

They was just great with explaining the process and walk through with us regarding materials and the steps of the project. Liran did a phenomenal job with communicating with us every single day regarding the progress on every step. We went together to a showroom to purchase the flooring, and the tiles for the bathroom. And we couldn't do it without his experienceand suggestions to guide us to the right decisions. Me and my wife are very busy at work and this project went stress free the management on this project was just great! This company is definitely Providing above and beyond customer service and they always want to make sure that the customer are happy and this is the reason we hired them. The quality of the work is just great, we couldn't ask better than that. Thank you very much for the value, the communication and the quality of the work. We Highly recommend this company for any remoteling project. Thank you level up team!

At the time, we visited multiple new homes and it was evident that this home from Level Up Contruction and Remodeling was above the competetion with their attention to detail. From the structural integrity to the finishing touches, it is evident that they dont cut corners. Even after living in the home for significant amount of time, the craftmanship has help up beautifully. What truly sets this company apart, however, is the accountability. Even now, long after the sale was finalized, the builder remains very rechable. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, they have been just a phone call away. If you are looking for a builder who delivers a high quality product and actually stands by their work for the long haul, I highly recomment Level Up Construction and Remodeling .

I am not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but I want anyone purchasing a home built by…read moreAmerican Classic Homes to know what I have been through. These are things that should be highlighted during the walk through process. When I moved in, I could clearly tell I had an irrigation system because they walked me over to the irrigation system unit inside the garage. However, no one told me that there were no zones in the main part of the back yard. Really? Why plant grass back there? Someone should have highlighted that. All of the other new construction units beside me do not have zones in the backyard as well (just the front). In addition to this and possibly the worst part/ surprise was that no one informed me to check the settings on the irrigation system unit. Since it was new construction and they had just laid sod, they had those sprinklers set to go off for 2 hours every morning prior to my waking. I had NO idea at all. I found out after I had personally used 44,000 gallons of water and owed $800.00 for the month. CRAZY! When I called ACH and JWB (the contracting company), no one was able to assist to either matter and I was told I had to take care of it on my own. Horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to someone higher, I was told he was too busy and that I could not speak with him by a lady named Jessica. Come to find out, American Classic Homes is notorious for doing this with new construction. I really hope if you are buying from ACH that this will help you. I wish I had this advice.

ACH (especially…read moreLindsey, our building rep) were incredibly professional, were responsive, and took our concerns seriously. When some things didn't go as planned, they took ownership of the issue even if it wasn't their "fault" and made sure we were happy. That meant a lot to us. Our final walkthrough with Joey and our super Geoff uncovered only one 'blue tape' issue (in contrast to our previous home that had a couple dozen). We completely agree with the below poster in saying that ACH construction is significantly better quality when compared to other builders in the area. And the lack of drama when it came to expectations and timelines. Oh, and we LOVE our new place!

The MainVue sales consultant was very helpful and we enjoyed working with her. The model was lovely, a few small quality issues but nothing big, and overall on a par with other good quality track home builders. It had an "outdoor room" which we fell in love with. We have purchased many homes, one from a track home builder, so we felt like we knew the ropes. We have also designed our own home and had it built by a custom builder, so we understood that process as well. We were not expecting a fully custom home. Our offer was a "pre-sale" -- build our selected model, on our selected lot. It had not been permitted yet and the only thing that had been pre-selected was the facade. We had a choice of brick or rock on the facade and we chose brick. MainVue prides itself on their interior design and color schemes, as well as "luxury" inclusions. The problems came when we wanted upgrades and changes. These are changes/upgrades Main Vue would not do: -- hardwood floors instead "timber look" vinyl -- wooden shelves and rods in closets instead of open wire -- under counter drawers instead of cupboards in kitchen -- install under cabinet lighting in kitchen (they would pre-wire only) -- 8 foot doors rather than standard -- grab bars in the showers and for the tub -- foot rest in shower -- install brick on the outdoor fireplace instead of shiny tile or cement board -- You cannot make any selections or changes as far as hardware, fixtures and lighting (disappointing, but not a deal breaker for us) We worked with MainVue for about 2 months before we withdrew our offer. We were told that we couldn't make changes like adding a foot rest in the shower because the designer did not intend for there to be a footrest. Seriously. The final straw was when they would not put brick on the outdoor fireplace, even though it was the same brick they were putting on the facade, and even though their models had brick outdoor fireplaces. As it turns out, some things you see in their models are not done anymore. When we pursued why brick could not be used, it finally boiled down to the simple fact that the builder did not want to do it. That message sunk in to us and we decided to withdraw. Of course, MainVue can build any kind of home they want, and they are very successful, but for us, when there was zero flexibility on simple requests, that was the deal breaker. It made us wonder how MainVue would handle warranty issues, and we didn't want to find out.

HiLine Homes does not honor its own contract. Something we are learning the hard way, unfortunately. The contract that we signed with HiLine Homes offers a 190-day build guarantee in their contract with $100 per day to a max $2,000 payable to the homeowner for every day over the 190 days. It took them 10 months to build our 500 sq ft home. We have tried many, many times since the project has been completed (almost four months now) to find out when we might receive this compensation - and we have yet to get an answer... or any information at all, honestly. Communication was also really poor during our build, and God forbid you ask a question about this contract language - they might issue a stop work order (which they did) without any communication back to the homebuilder. We worked with HiLine Homes in good faith during the 10-month build and we are asking that they honor their own contract language!
