The MainVue sales consultant was very helpful and we enjoyed working with her. The model was lovely, a few small quality issues but nothing big, and overall on a par with other good quality track home builders. It had an "outdoor room" which we fell in love with. We have purchased many homes, one from a track home builder, so we felt like we knew the ropes. We have also designed our own home and had it built by a custom builder, so we understood that process as well. We were not expecting a fully custom home. Our offer was a "pre-sale" -- build our selected model, on our selected lot. It had not been permitted yet and the only thing that had been pre-selected was the facade. We had a choice of brick or rock on the facade and we chose brick. MainVue prides itself on their interior design and color schemes, as well as "luxury" inclusions. The problems came when we wanted upgrades and changes. These are changes/upgrades Main Vue would not do: -- hardwood floors instead "timber look" vinyl -- wooden shelves and rods in closets instead of open wire -- under counter drawers instead of cupboards in kitchen -- install under cabinet lighting in kitchen (they would pre-wire only) -- 8 foot doors rather than standard -- grab bars in the showers and for the tub -- foot rest in shower -- install brick on the outdoor fireplace instead of shiny tile or cement board -- You cannot make any selections or changes as far as hardware, fixtures and lighting (disappointing, but not a deal breaker for us) We worked with MainVue for about 2 months before we withdrew our offer. We were told that we couldn't make changes like adding a foot rest in the shower because the designer did not intend for there to be a footrest. Seriously. The final straw was when they would not put brick on the outdoor fireplace, even though it was the same brick they were putting on the facade, and even though their models had brick outdoor fireplaces. As it turns out, some things you see in their models are not done anymore. When we pursued why brick could not be used, it finally boiled down to the simple fact that the builder did not want to do it. That message sunk in to us and we decided to withdraw. Of course, MainVue can build any kind of home they want, and they are very successful, but for us, when there was zero flexibility on simple requests, that was the deal breaker. It made us wonder how MainVue would handle warranty issues, and we didn't want to find out.

We call few high rated local companies to come and give us an estimate. After we met with Liran from level up construction we knew we want to work with him. During the first walk through in the house We felt the experience and knowledge and amount of care for details for our first house. The company representative was always there for us during the project. For any question we had at any time! There are things we got with level up, That's we understand the value and the rare high performance customers service. Everything came up exactly as we wanted. In some areas of the house, it's even better than what we pictured. Liran was there for us for every question and Showed up with a lot of ideas. It was very valuable for us to use a company that comes with a lot of creative ideas and knowledge. How to get things done properly. Everything was done, permitted and inspected by the city of Bellevue. We want to say thank you very much for everything you have done for us. And for our family We enjoyed the house and the remodeling every single day We are happy to highly recommend this company. For any remodeling or large scope of work! The price was fair and we will use them again in future projects.

Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.

They do not stand by their workmanship AT ALL. So sad, it looked like such a beautiful home before we moved in. Update as of 5/4/2021: As we start to come out of the COVID pandemic services are slowly improving. I do not think it is in response to my review alone. I bumped them up another star for making attempts to fulfill warranty obligations. I mean, they say you have a "whole home" warranty for a year after you sign for it... leads one to sign in comfort knowing they will work to make things right. I would caution anyone dealing with a big builder like this to push back on ANYTHING that is not right at the time of signing and continue to push for anything you think is attributable to substandard products or workmanship.

John Anderson became our customer rep in replace of Kathleen starting January. Ever since then, our requests have been indefinitely unresponsive. John Anderson wouldn't reply any emails until many weeks later and 2-3 additional urges. Any contractor visit wouldn't be scheduled until 4-6 weeks later, if ever. The fastest email response I received from John Anderson was he trying to collect a disclaimer from me, asking me to voluntarily give up the HVAC warranty. For the latest request, the latest update I got from John Anderson was from 5 weeks ago. Today I tried to email him again but received an automated message saying he's no longer in the company. Then Anna Larsen became the representative, and the nightmare continues. Not only was the transition messy, but also Anna was unable to understand the situation in a rational way. Our conversation was like: Me: Puget Heating charged me something that should be covered by warranty. Anna: John said you need to pay for it. Me: But that's something you promised to do in an earlier work order and the contractor just didn't do it for no reason. Here's the proof. Anna: But John said you need to pay for it. No more argument. Case closed. Go pay for it. We're not going to cover.

Shane always made himself available to tour houses when they were being listed. This gave us a chance to tour houses early giving us time to think and decide on next steps. Shane provided comprehensive review during the tours, covering quality, builder, materials used, appliances, potential upgrades/fixes, etc. that was very helpful while comparing different houses. The research team did a good job compiling the background details of the house and comp analysis. During the offer stage, Shane helped coming up with a strategy, but never put a lot of pressure, if we were not comfortable. He was patient during the entire process and always answered questions as soon as possible. He was always on top during the negotiations in terms of getting updates from listing agents which helped fine tune our offers. Even though it took a few attempts, Shane was always supportive and was open to discussing what could we do better next time. I learnt a lot during this process. Our winning offer was a Flyhomes cash offer, which was not the highest offer but the fast and smooth closing offered by the Flyhomes team secured the win for us. It's definitely worth a shot in this market. I would also like to thank Nicholas Anderson from Flyhomes Mortgage, who was very patient in running calculations multiple times before we made offers and helping with hypothetical scenarios. Having all the data before making offers helped us make informed decisions. That being said, there is always room for improvement. The app UI can improve a bit (in terms of how quickly new house listings notifications are sent out) and sync between multiple teams within Flyhomes can improve further. To conclude, I would highly recommend Flyhomes to 1st time home buyers in competitive real estate markets for a one stop shop solution.

Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . I highly suggest people who is thinking use them, think twice ! By the way , their mortgage interest rate is completely rip off, DO NOT Use them

We bought our home in June and it needed some serious TLC so we asked Remont to quote the job along with several other contractors. David and Vicktor arrived on time, they measured, took detailed notes and were incredibly knowledgeable, plus they were able to do the work in our crazy timeline. They had their quote back to me that evening, which is what they'd promised. After receiving the other quotes and experiencing the professionalism of Remont Construction we decided to go with them. They painted the entire interior of our home and did a great job. At one point the painters painted one of the bathroom ceilings the same color as the bathroom (yikes), after telling them I didn't want any ceilings painted. I called Vicktor and he made sure it was fix with no fuss or strings attached, and it looks great. Remont refinished our hardwood floors and extended the hardwood into the dining room after removing the carpet. They also removed the carpet and old tile in our bathroom, laying beautiful new tile perfectly. We also switched out all the old bi-fold doors for sliding ones, Vicktor's team painted the doors the same color as our trim and did an amazing job overall. If you're lucky enough to get Remont Construction, schedule them immediately. These guys do GREAT WORK, they're honest, respectful and on time. Call Remont Construction, trust me you wont regret it.

These are things that should be highlighted during the walk through process. When I moved in, I could clearly tell I had an irrigation system because they walked me over to the irrigation system unit inside the garage. However, no one told me that there were no zones in the main part of the back yard. Really? Why plant grass back there? Someone should have highlighted that. All of the other new construction units beside me do not have zones in the backyard as well (just the front). In addition to this and possibly the worst part/ surprise was that no one informed me to check the settings on the irrigation system unit. Since it was new construction and they had just laid sod, they had those sprinklers set to go off for 2 hours every morning prior to my waking. I had NO idea at all. I found out after I had personally used 44,000 gallons of water and owed $800.00 for the month. CRAZY! When I called ACH and JWB (the contracting company), no one was able to assist to either matter and I was told I had to take care of it on my own. Horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to someone higher, I was told he was too busy and that I could not speak with him by a lady named Jessica.
