Just hard working surveyors who had done their research on my property, and they were here for two separate days as our property had some complex factors.... Crones was SOOOOO thorough, they flagged special areas, marked them on the maps too. As well as defined our property lines, added extra stakes where questions may arise. They are awesome. A few years later our neighbor dug up our corner pin.... When called, Crones was there... on time as scheduled, and using their Surveying Equipment, reset our corner pin, added extra property line stakes with flags for my neighbors sake. They were sooo awesome. Their pricing is fair.... Their work well respected. And they were all such a pleasant group, makes me wish I needed a surveyor more often. They are a solid 10 for me. Alas only 5- are allowed! These guys are the Best!

Yesterday they left me a voicemail saying they would have an update for me by the end of the day but of course that didn't happen. WORST company ever run by people whose word holds no value. Those are the worst types of people to run a business unfortunately. I wish my community used literally anyone else for property management.

I think they have gone through 4 different administrative assistants in the 2 years we dealt with them. We never received the correct mail key for the entire 2 years we rented, we received our water bill months late multiple times and was charged late fees by the water company. In April 2019 we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. We called the emergency number multiple times since it was after hours with no answer. We then decided to call a locksmith as it was beginning to get dark. I informed the property management that we changed locks and offered them a key. It was then they wanted to charge us to have a locksmith come out to change the locks. I told them, no we tried calling their "emergency" number with no answer, we didn't have another choice. The lease stated we were not allowed to make changes to the unit unless deemed an emergency. We were stuck outside with 3 small children in spring, it became an emergency when they didn't answer the emergency line. When it became time to renew our lease they emailed a lease renewal document. We didn't sign it right away as we have 30 days to give notice whether we are staying or not. A week prior to the 30 day mark I get an email from Alex threatening to put the house back in the market if the signed lease isn't returned by Monday. I reminded him we have until the following week to sign it and also a little customer service goes a long way. I just received the move out inspection and they are gouging us $250 for a drywall hole the size of a quarter and $250 to remove stickers as well as $50 to retrieve a small toy from a high window sill, $55 trip charge and $200 in materials. Clearly that amount of work does not cost that much, they just want to keep as much money as possible. The returned security deposit check was postmarked 22 days after we vacated, which is illegal. Then on top of it, they didn't even sign the check so it wasn't valid! We did not receive a valid check until September 8th, 39 days after we vacated. I do not recommend PMI Puget Sound to homeowners looking to have a company to rent their home or even a renter looking for a unit.

Dennis also had the resources to help finish some of the key projects that he identified would add value to our home. Dennis was helpful in pointing out little details buyers get focused​ on. He did a great job putting together comparable houses for sale in our area to determine​ pricing, he was also able to re-adjust as the market changed. We needed the house sold, Dennis could have suggested we hold out (so he made more money at the higher price) Instead Dennis made recommendations around a price drop and our options as to what it would take to move the house fast, which demonstrated a vested interest in us and our situation instead of just trying to make a few extra bucks. The house sold fast we still made money and the closing went smoothly. I am currently using Dennis to help me buy a house and his connections and relationships with quality proven mortgage brokers has already been a big asset to me. Dennis seems to have a pretty good bead on the very aggressive market here and we are preparing to. Move fast with a tight attractive offer when the perfect fit comes along. I will continue to use his services going and would highly recommend him

It's a shame the market is so hot, because people like her can continue to make money even when they act without integrity. People don't sell houses often so people like Rosie don't have to worry about return business.

Here are some example details of what they did for me: They called to tell me my offer had been accepted - on a house that I had talked myself into liking, but no longer wanted, having just found my dream house in a brand new listing minutes earlier. When I told them this, they did not get mad at all. They found a legitimate way to rescind my offer on that house, got me in to view the dream house within 2 hours of when it went online. They then hosted a last minute open house to find a buyer for my old house so we could put in a non-contingent offer on my dream house, which had a deadline for offers only 3 days away. They sold my house at that open house the next day. Thru phone, email, fax, driving, they tirelessly worked to speed up the timing on my old house sale so that the dream house offer could, in fact, go in non-contingent with an entire 10 minutes to spare before the deadline. I now live in that dream house and LOVE IT. They chased down everything when my old house closing was delayed by the buyers' VA mortgage company, including informing the buyers' agent of the delay, which she didn't even know about. When I was finishing the last 2 hours of cleaning my old house before handing over the keys, the gas fireplace suddenly stopped working. First I panicked, then I called the team, and they had a handyman over to fix it in 45 minutes so the closing wouldn't be delayed. They were excellent at advising on which repairs and upgrades to make to my old house while minimizing my costs. Twice they talked me out of spending $$ on a new bathroom vanity, told me to just paint the bathroom instead. They were right. They wanted me to keep that money to spend in my dream house. They gave good advice on pricing for offers on new houses and listing price for my old house. They were friendly and professional throughout. I will use ONLY the Rourke Team for any future real estate needs and recommend them VERY HIGHLY.

Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $).
