First, I would like to state that it has taken me 7 months after closing my house to write this review, because I am quite sure that I am ready to write about my experience . As I wrote earlier , it was not my first experience closing on homes, but by far, this was the worst experience I have ever gone through. I had the worst experience with Brad's team, specifically his underwriter, who was extremely difficult to work with. I would have to email the same documents several times and each time, he would question each document. I owned the IRS 3k at the time of closing which I actually sent to them but the check had not processed, Brad's team made a huge deal on the closing date declining to transfer the money until they had another IRS W2 paperwork from my accountant. As I was getting ready to sign the closing paperwork, the bank informed me that Brad's team wanted me to contact my accountant right away to get the paperwork. I called my accountant who informed me that Brad's assistant Jessica, had contacted her and told her that I will be unable to close the house until she had emailed them my forms. Can anyone imagine this??? Over a payment of 3k ??? On the closing date, I received a call at 1030 am, from Brad's team informing me that I had to get to Lynnwood by 1200 pm to close, mind you this involved going to the bank to get the closing amount. I experienced several other issues that are too exhausting to write about. Anyone looking to buy a house, Please do your homework and be cautious of the company that you chose to work with.

We worked with Brad for the 2nd time on the purchase of our new build in TX back in April 2022…read more This time around we did not have a good experience with him. I didnt' give a 1-star rating because Brad did support us in getting some of our wants met. Communication was spotty throughout the 9 months process. 1. He failed to respond to emails from our builders about the closing appts. When I brought it up, he responded that he receives 100's of emails p/day. 2. Lack of communication with us about the status of the loan delayed closing by 3-4 days. I would strongly advise going with a local broker.

I worked with Ryan Raffetto to sell my 1b condo at downtown Bellevue. Ryan has an extensive…read moreexperience in this area and has been very patient and responsive during the transaction. As the listing agent, Ryan truly represents my interests and fights for me for every penny. For example, in my transaction, the buyer side asked for a few hundred dollars to repair the kitchen fan. Ryan advised me the right solution and helped me sourcing a small part to fix the issue which saved hundreds of dollars for me. Another thing I would like to call out is that the transaction was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a very challenging time for everyone, but Ryan got the transaction done without any discounts in the service quality. I have done multiple real estate transactions during my lifetime and Ryan is the most trustable and professional I have worked with so far. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Brenden DuBois as a rental agent, property manager, and real estate sales…read moreagent. We first crossed paths with him when putting a property on the rental market. Brenden's responsiveness and experience sealed the deal and he quickly found solid tenants for us. As a property manager, his professionalism and attention to detail showed every step of the way. We decided to sell the rental earlier this year and asked Brenden to be the selling agent. He delivered top-notch service and his instincts on pricing were spot-on. In a difficult market, he found a qualified buyer who paid full price and closed in three weeks. Brenden delivered on all counts and we would choose him again.

I ran into Heather Fancher, one of the realtors here, when I was driving by addresses of homes for…read moresale. She was closing down an open house, but was gracious enough to allow me to walk through it as she finished. I was not interested, but I took her card and thanked her. A few days later, I called her to see if she would show me some houses. She said yes, but why wouldn't she? She does this for a living. Over the next couple of weeks, we met up three or four times to look at other houses, and then I found what I was looking for! Heather drew up the papers, and got our offer accepted! It was so exciting! We would be living there today if there hadn't been an unexpected snag that caused the deal to fall through. Heather went right back to work for me. We looked at dozens of houses over the next couple of months, and submitted offers on several properties. One day a house I liked came back on the market after an unexpected snag caused a deal to fall through. She met me there, submitted an offer that included repairs of what caused the prior deal to fall through, and got it accepted! This time, there were no snags, and we are comfortably residing in our new home! Working with Heather to buy my home was an experience I will long treasure! She has such a bubbly personality that you can't help but be happy when you're around her, but, when it comes down to business, it is her intellect and capability that make her a gem in her profession! She gets the job done! Now, I've spent a lot of this review bolstering Heather, but I don't want you to get the incorrect presumption that she is perfect. She seemed to always be ten minutes late. It never bothered me that much, but she would always apologize and offer to buy me a latte. It got to be a joke that she would call me to see if I wanted my latte when she got there, and, if so, she would be twenty minutes late! Heather never pressured me, nor did she give up on me. She got me information I wanted, and gave me information I didn't know I wanted. She knew what needed to be done, and arranged all of it. She stayed on top of the process, and dealt with all the snags that didn't cause the deal to fall through. She earned her money helping me buy a house, but she earned also something more valuable than money: my respect and admiration. It was coincidence, not fate, that we met. Still, it was a life changing event, and I feel so lucky that particular coincidence happened!

One of the aspects I appreciated the most was Josh walking through the condo and giving us a specific list of items we should address or fix to give us the best presentation of the property, while also providing references for contractors to work with. The team is incredibly responsive which I really appreciated. On tope of all that, we even closed early!
