He always made an effort to educate me. Additionally, Michael's company offered programs that other major competitors, such as Navy Federal and USAA, were confident that these programs did not exist. Mr. Patterson always went above and beyond what was expected of his position and ensured I was taken care. He would follow up and ensure that I was getting the best costumer service and the best deal I could possibly land. He would show me the comparisons of each courses of action that were available to me and take time to answer any questions. As an Army Officer, my schedule is not the easiest to work around, especially during normal business hours, but Mr. Patterson always made himself available to answer any of my questions and provided me with any documents required on my side. Mr. Patterson also is extremely attentive to the market variables and notifies his clients if the market requires his clients to lock a loan. By choosing Mr. Patterson, I saved myself thousands of dollars with the programs his company offered. I can go on and on of all the examples of great customer service that Mr. Patterson provided but the bottom line is that Mr. Patterson is great at what he does and there is no question that he will provide you the same type of great service that he has provided me, especially being a customer with a challenging schedule and limited internet access due to field training.
