The other provider had a great first-time homebuyer incentive, but their customer service was terrible and was only open 5 days a week. We were new at this so we didn't have any clue with the buying process, how loans work, and what opportunities we had as new homebuyers. We needed someone who could guide and educate us throughout the process with no judgement and who could be honest with us. Chris was that person and we really appreciated the countless times he spent with us over the phone when we had tons of questions and qualms about something, even after hours and weekends. He explains everything the best he can and each phone call always ended with us feeling relieved and more educated. We truly appreciate you and your passion in your work.

If you are buying a house you want someone who will be around to help reassure the seller or you! I have done financings with others and I've contacted Justin before to shop the rate. If he can't be competitive, he lets you know, but he understands that's the name of the game and when I came back for my last deal he still moved quickly and was a serious pleasure to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Always get a quote from Justin before signing with anyone else because he will probably beat it and close faster.

He and his assistant, Kelly, were in constant communication with us -- it made me wonder how they had time for any other clients! Even after the offer was accepted and we had discussed/approved the loan we wanted, they were trying out several loan scenarios and I believe on more than one occasion, they came back with new options that would lower our closing costs or lower our monthly payment. Honestly, I'm going to be one of those jerks who says that I don't know what all of the commotion is about, because it seems like home-buying was a breeze -- but with Justin and Kelly, it really truly was.
