I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.

I have used this location twice now and have always received great service for picking up the…read moreequipment that I needed and assisting me in putting the equipment on my trailer. There were two helpful gentlemen at the front desk. However, a man approached us, who appeared to be a manager, who had overheard our conversation, at which he chimed in abruptly. I had asked for a quote on a larger excavator in which the guys initially were working on for me. The appeared manager asked what my intended use for it was and I replied with tree and dirt work and before finishing the sentence he was shaking his head as that of a child would do if not getting their way. I replied with "ok" and he continued with letting me know that I have to have commercial insurance, which i currently possess, and continued with the saying that " i will probably damage the equipment. The "manager" explained they were purchased for an oil company and not intended for the manner in which I had talked about. Personally, his act was not professional at all. I do have experience with the machines and to just assume that I would misuse the machine was unprofessional, and quite frankly rude and churlish. I am appreciative of the two younger guys at the front desk that assisted me in checking if the equipment was available and coming up with a quote. If the equipment is out front for rental, it appears to be ready for use. If not, then i would suggest moving to another location.

Took my trailer in for an estimate on physical damage for my insurance claim, after my trailer was…read morehit by a tornado. Shortly after they stopped communicating with us and were only communicating with the insurance company. That was weird because we were the actual ones that called and set up the estimate. We dropped the truck off April, 20 2025 easter Sunday they were closed but they gave us the code to the gate. After calling and asking numerous times about the estimate they finally sent it on the 28th which we sent to our insurance company. The insurance company had there estimate done before hex6 and it was in there yard. The insurance deemed a total loss May 1st. We contacted hex6 and asked how much we owe for the estimate. The lady at front said she will send an invoice. So end the day May 7th we finally get an invoice with 10 days of storage fees already applied. So I'm calling about the ten days of storage and I didn't get a bill or anything to pick up the trailer she said she would have to ask boss and he left . On the 8th is when I realize they were not do legitimate business. I asked again how you charge me storage without giving me a bill to pay or calling to inform me in anyway. Then the lady told me there's a sign clear as day in the office. Which we dropped the trailer off on Sunday so no one ever stepped inside. I am a truck driver I had to rent trailers, by the time they finally sent the invoice I was on my way Georgia. So as soon as I found out what they were up to I got a load going home and returned the rented trailer . I stayed over 4 hours from hex6 which wasn't back until 13th. I went there on the 15th and ended up paying over $700 for a simple estimate. Also they told the cops I signed something agreeing to pay the storage fees which was a complete lie. Poor communication, and bad business practices. Avoid at all costs.
