We even bought into their "Stars and Stripes" membership, which is just a joke. You pay them monthly so they can overcharge you when they come out and upsell you things you don't need. When my husband put marginal review the "owner" posted a response and asked him to call and work things out. He called Patriot and left a message with the lady that answered the phone. She said the boss would call and after 5 days we still haven't heard from them. We called 2 other companies for a 2nd and 3rd opinion and found out the work Patriot said was very important to get done, was totally bogus.
