I am a healthcare professional of 41 years so I know what I'm talking about. Jessica Paz is the best person I've ever encountered to guide me through a new process. She's so confident, and at every single step made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. She was attentive to every single thing! When I met Jessica this was all new to me. She cared about my comfort, I had very little knowledge, she explained everything in a way I could understand. And I'm an old senior so I need a little extra encouragement and teaching. She even wrote things down for me, very reassuring! If you need to get your hearing checked, or equipment to do with hearing, Jessica Paz is your expert!

The receptionist and technician are not always there. Their hours are weird. They close at lunch which may be the only time some patients can come. The place needs a top to bottom scrub and reorganize. They do not take walk in patients. If you have an issue and need to see the tech or audiologist you might wait and must have an appointment. I would say that the care I received was ok. A bit rushed. I was not given any real choice when choosing HA's I understand holding me to a certain level or price point but I do not understand limiting choice among brands. The whole thing feels obfuscated. It is an opaque process. No photos. Sorry

My mom was having an issue with wire coming out. She happened to be in the area and stopped by. To her surprise No Stephanie. The new receptionist helped her but she was a bit reluctant and tried to charge a fee. My sister who drove my mom there said they never charge a fee. The next day my mom received a phone call from their always rude call center. The person who called was reading my mom the rules on how you must make an appointment they do not accept walkins. So strange when D from the riverside location was so happy to visit and see my mom after she sold her a 17k pair of hearing aids. So frustrating! People please go with your parents to these appointments they truly need our guidance and supervision. If not they will be taken advantage of. Shame on you miracle ear, you need to step up your client service and care about the elders and patients that are keeping you in business.

Disclaimer - I do know Dr. Kun personally however I am picky about my healthcare providers & have paid for my service. Recently I woke up with sudden hearing loss in one ear & I was so confused as it has never happened before. After some light research, I reached out to Dr. Kun as I knew she is an audiologist, I learned one should definitely get it checked within 72 hours or the risk is permanent hearing damage / loss. Dr. Kun was able to see me same day (thankfully) due to the urgency and performed a hearing test and confirmed my diagnosis of sudden hearing loss in that ear, and also checked it wasn't being blocked by maybe wax or something else. She referred me to another hearing doctor to get prescribed medication + a second opinion, which I did, and she prepared and provided a report for the doctor. Thankfully my hearing did back to normal & she followed up and confirmed with a follow up hearing test. I'm thankful for the quality of care & professionalism, and thankfully they do take my insurance so I had a small copay only. If you have any hearing concerns, I highly recommend Kun hearing!

William helped me set up an appointment a few weeks ahead and all communication was prompt. Dr Kun was thorough and easy to communicate with.
