I know it's hard the job they have and the closer it gets to Friday I'm sure their patience are wearing thin. I've had no issues with this office in 10 years and everytime I need something done it's done within minutes or the same day that is huge , most offices take at least 3 days to complete something. (If your time is not as flexible, experience from another past favorite Dr has taught us that getting early in the day appointments reduced lobby time since wait times can get longer as the day goes on and Telehealth appointments are also great since you can do them anywhere and they are more likely to start on time). The Dr appears to be very popular, so appointments are scheduled out but if you have something urgent the office staff will work to get you in sooner.
