I called around to a couple of places to see how much it would cost to have the containers hauled to the scrap yard and really wasn't even given the time of day until I called Michael at Superior Container and Shed. He answered all of my questions and my multiple phone calls, offered to provide insurance if needed and was overall extremely professional and courteous. It took some scheduling based on my time constraints and he worked with me every step of the way, never seemly bothered at my chaotic schedule. I thought he was joking when he told me it would take him 2 hours to load the 7 containers, some were in very tight areas that would be hard to get a truck into. Everything went exactly as he said it would, he was right on time and he and his team worked like a well oiled machine. Pulling the containers out, loading them onto the trailer, as soon as one trailer was full another would pull in. They were done in an hour and half, loaded, strapped down and gone. I was blown away. I could not have been more impressed with the service, professionalism and integrity of Michael and his team. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If we every need another container he will be my first call, no question about that. UPDATE: We are now repaving our parking lot and wanted to move the 3 kept storage containers. Who did we call? Michael! He answered promptly and got us on the schedule. Arrived right on time and got them positioned within minutes. I felt bad because of how easy it was for him, it took him more time to unload his equipment than to move the actual containers. As with all of our previous interactions, he was extremely professional. By pure chance, I drove past Romero Sheds on HWY 74, and since I really wanted to work with a local business, I reached out to them. From the start, Tina (the office manager) was fantastic. She walked me through everything, answered every question, and provided quotes for both an 8x10 and a 10x12. Right away, the difference in quality and construction stood out. The online shed would have been built with 24" stud spacing, while Romero builds with 16" spacing. Their sheds also have 8' walls instead of 7', larger windows, and even a bigger loft for storage. The best part -- I was able to get a 10x12 for almost the same price as the 8x10 I had originally ordered online. Being able to work with a local shop gave me a lot more confidence. If anything ever came up, I knew they were right here. The whole process was incredibly fast. We got the quote, approval, scheduling, and build all done in under a week. The crew that came out to build it was excellent -- professional, efficient, and kept the work area clean. They finished the entire shed in about 8 hours, and it turned out exactly how we wanted. They even offer an inexpensive paint package, though we chose to paint ours ourselves. When they left, the workspace was spotless and the craftsmanship was solid across the board. When I went to the showroom in person, he spent a lot of time with me, explaining my options, walking me through the Tuff Shed models on display, and doing the computerized image of the shed I wanted. I highly recommend you set aside at least two hours for your showroom visit if you are ready to buy one. If you buy a Tuff Shed, it is much better to go through Tuff Shed directly, especially if you live in the desert like I do. You need the radiant barrier! I drove 60 miles each way to the showroom, and I'm glad I did. Home Depot is only half as far from me, but I got the best service and features by buying right from Tuff Shed. The two men who installed the shed, Josh and Chris, were also excellent. They were very attentive to detail and worked long hours in 110+ degree sun! I got the Premier Tall Ranch with a few upgrades.
