Banana Bread Matcha w/ Brown Butter Cold Foam

Idk why I never stopped by this place before! I am now obsessed with their matcha. I found them on social media on 2/28 and saw they were releasing a Banana bread matcha for March so you know I had to stop by and see for myself. First off they are so nice in there. It seems to be a popular spot but very relaxing and calm atmosphere. The staff who helped me with my order were so friendly and I almost forgot to ask for almond milk but they literally asked me while I was ordering which I've never experienced elsewhere! They also just released a new brown butter cold foam so I added that to my order as well. The matcha was perfect with the foam, not too sweet but also not too earthy and honestly reminded me of caramelized plantains which I love. I've now been there 2 days in a row and I'll definitely be back tomorrow. (Pray for my wallet lol)

Another gem in Riverside by the Riverside Plaza This is the exact reason why we all should support small business. Aside from their coffee way concocted better than the corporate and franchise coffee houses this place is unique. While the outside isn't assuming when you open the door, you're welcomed with a warm clean and beautiful atmosphere of the establishment. My latte was made with love and care. I will frequent this place now and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this gem.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter for a drink to go. She ordered the Ube Latte and I had the Cinnamon Brown Sugar Latte with Oat Milk. I would have gone in to the shop but had trouble finding parking so she ran out to get our drinks. Service was quick and we didn't have to wait long at all. I enjoyed my Cinnamon Brown Sugar Latte. It was tasty and refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. Her Ube Latte was pretty enough, but the Ube flavor was so subtle that it was practically non existent. I would come again if I was in the neighborhood but I would not go out of my way.

Condron is a vibey and chill coffee spot close to lots of thrift stores and the major shopping and food in Riverside Plaza. I love coming here with friends before we hit the thrifts. It's also a popular study spot and while there is plenty of seating it can be a little difficult to come by, especially if you're in a group. It also seems that dogs are allowed inside! There is one bathroom and parking is usually ample. On to the actual beverages, I love that they serve kombucha here, but I usually order a matcha or iced latte. If you are looking for vegan or non dairy options, the iced matcha with oat milk and either lavender, agave, or vanilla syrup is quite solid. Service has always been solid as well! I will say I wish they didn't upcharge for nondairy, especially since many other coffee shops have stopped doing that.

This coffee shop wasn't busy at all when I came on a Wednesday night, just a few people studying. It was clean and workers were nice and gave good suggestions. I got a matcha with vanilla cold foam. I was told matcha was on the lighter side so I got extra matcha. The matcha wasn't my favorite, it tased a bit sour. I wouldn't come back for the matcha but I'd give their coffee a chance. They have limited parking in the front and more in the back. They have one restroom inside. On Google it says they close at 6pm on Wednesdays but the hours posted outside was 6am-8pm. The time on Yelp is correct.

I was looking for somewhere I could get a pour over coffee and maybe do a couple of tasks on my laptop, and this place came up on Google maps. I got here just before 9am on a Saturday and there were some people, but it was not busy. I got my pour over. There were two options, a Sumatra origin coffee and the Perseus coffee, which I tried and is pictured. The coffee was nice to drink but not anything out of the ordinary. I might try a different coffee next time. However, I wanted to write this review since I enjoyed the vibe of this place so much. There's plenty of seating - even though there was a steady stream of people the whole time I was here (about an hour), it never got full. It's also very kid friendly here, in a nice way. Some kids ended up with new Pokemon cards : ) It just felt like a friendly space to be. I would definitely come back just for the environment and try another drink.

Not my first time here but first review!!! The strawberry matcha w oatmilk is delicious. Def one of the best matchas in riverside. The place is cutely decorated, and is busy because everyone loves to chill here / do work! Staff is nice and i recommend coming here!

Their matchas are good, not so much when it comes to coffee. 3-4 times I have been to this shop, there are circumstances where the cashier acted like my card is going to decline and I'm going to rob the store. The cinnamon bun looks good but is dry on the inside.

Another swing and a miss for me at this coffee joint. So this place was really really busy when we tried it around 12:30 on a Tuesday. All the seats/tables inside were filled with college aged persons with their laptops - as a late 30s female I felt out of place. Loud music coming from the overhead speakers making it hard to hear while sitting inside. Very straight to the point menu is on the wall behind the baristas, and a small pastry display is by the register. Barista at the register was neither friendly nor off putting, she was just there, if that makes sense? Took my order, asked the milk/sweetener questions, the end. My friend saw a book on one of the decorative shelves and took it to the register to pay, sooo funny but they gave it to my friend for free, said it was just decor! I thought that was hilarious. I got the matcha with regular vanilla sweetener and whole milk. It was decent but nothing to write home about. My friend got an iced peach tea- I included a picture - it was so watered down they should have just charged it as a water. So for the college people and younger people I definitely thinks this would be the spot but for anyone older maybe got to Kraemers

Great Place!!! A lot of people in the shop. Great place to do your work. People there are super nice and are very helpful with the knowledge of the menu. It's good to go to a place where people know their menu and product and aren't afraid to share their opinion. The place is very quaint and has that local business vibe.

My first time here. Bad service. The ambiance was not at all welcoming. Both baristas were not busy, but very rude. Coffee was subpar. No branding on their expensive coffee cup with mostly ice.

Came in around 1ish a little after lunch. Got greeted right away. Staff were friendly and so welcoming. It was a little busy and their system was down, so there was a little rush but honestly the staff weren't rude or impatient about the whole situation. Cute little coffee shop. The iced pistachio latte is really good and not too overpowering in flavor. The seating inside can get busy with people working/studying, but has a good environment for it. The workers are all nice and friendly. Would come back when I'm in the area. read more

This shop offers straightforward quality drinks. The neutral space with lots of windows and seating areas is excellent for groups or studying. The cappuccino is superb at $4.50 for an 8oz. Smooth and rich and perfectly poured. There are only two places where I've experienced superb cappuccinos. First, B Haus coffee in Baja California Mexico and secondly Augies (and they are no longer around). Sadly, my three experiences with staff have left me wanting more. I don't remember a simple thank you from them. Regardless in here for the quality coffee and would recommend it. read more

Y'all -- we need to see more people of color hired in this establishment! The coffee is way better than Starbucks & I love supporting a mom and pop business but we need to add some accurate Riverside representation to the faces that represent this cute coffee shop. 6.55% of the people of Riverside, CA are of Black/African American descent 56.1% of the people in Riverside, CA are of Latino descent. We need more art on the walls that welcomes us. More open spaces for people of color to showcase their art, music, and talent. Do better! read more

Wonderful coffee spot! Dillon and Weston went above and beyond in my coffee experience here. Asked for a recommendation and I was sold to try the Apollo Costa Rica based off of their excitement over the flavor notes. One of them was brewing a flash brew for himself at the time and gave me a sample so I could enjoy the difference between flavors with brewing methods. Did not disappoint! My husband was a coffee roaster and I appreciate the extra attention to detail and customer service. Thank you guys! Will be back when I'm in the area. read more

been going here for a over a year now and i usually dont review places again but i just wanted to say i love that they have a variety of different pastries every day especially vegan i docked stars bc their drinks are extremely inconsistent like one day their cold brew is really good and another day taste like crap along with all of their lattes, chai included their matcha is the most safe bet also the new hires are a bit rude i miss the guy with the long hair :/ read more

I have always liked my coffee from this place. I usually get one of the lattes and it's very good. I gave them three stars because some of the staff is pretty rude. I'm not expecting them to be all sunshine and rainbows but the attitude some of the baristas give when ordering for absolutely no reason is kinda ridiculous. I try to make an effort to be polite to people serving you because I know it is not an easy job but they need to do better. read more

My new favorite spot! Came with my friend to study and absolutely loved the atmosphere. I got a lavender espresso with oat milk and the matcha white chocolate chip cookie for a total of about $10. Both were so delicious! The cookie was perfectly made and a huge size, it was very sweet so be aware. I loved how they had both inside and outside seating. The baristas were super friendly and helpful. Only took one star off since they did not have Wifi available for customers. read more

Came by looking for a good matcha place (I'm from out of town) and was disappointed. 1. The lady at the counter didn't seem like she wanted to communicate with me (aka take my order) when I told her I was Deaf-- it was super obvious and kind of rude. 2. She saw that I had cash in my hand and said "oh no we don't do cash I'm sorry. Maybe next time?" (Felt like she was trying to get rid of me because she was flirting with a guy that came in earlier) and when I said I had Apple Pay she was like "oh okay yeah I guess." Like what? You didn't even try to "tell" me that u guys also took Apple Pay. 3. I kind of wish I walked away -- you couldn't even taste the matcha. It was just milk. Felt like she halfassed it just to get back to the guy. read more

This is now one of my favorite coffee shops in Riverside and I would definitely come back for some more coffee! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Awesome spot in Riverside. It's bright, and has plenty of seating to get some work down, socialize, or study, much appreciated to whomever designed this coffee location to accommodate so many people. I had an iced dirty chai, and it tasted much better than those that I've had at other coffee shops. Nice customer service too. I just wish they had some other bites to eat instead of just the pastries. read more

I was at the bike shop down the street and decided it was a great time to stop in and see what this place was like. The inside was very clean and minimalistic. It was after the sun had gone down in the evening so there weren't very many people around. The guy behind the bar was very helpful, friendly and funny. We talked about the menu and I settled on something I had heard of but had never tried before- an espresso & tonic. We chatted while he made my drink and I could see that a lot of attention to detail is put into even a simple drink like I had ordered. I wish I had taken a photo of the end result... it was a beautiful separation of light and cloudy espresso and crisp clear tonic. After swirling it around to mix it, I took a sip and wow it was crisp and sweet with a citrus hint from the tonic, but also a creamy/bitterness from the espresso. An unlikely duo that join forces to make a perfect pair and I think I'm obsessed now! Thanks so much to the friendly staff and the delicious drink, I will definitely be back again soon! read more

Loved this shop! Staff wears masks and so do the guests. Our barista was very nice and welcoming! I got an iced oat milk latte which was perfect! It had some very flavorful notes slightly sweet even, it was delicious. They also had a tea menu which looked very enticing and I would love to come back to try one! The shop is very aesthetically pleasing and they had cute plants all over their shop and I found a string of pearls succulent which I've been trying to get my hands on forever so I was excited to see that they had them! Of course I bought one hehe. I would definitely urge you to come hit this place up it's very worth coming! read more

This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the Inland Empire! I ordered aa iced vanilla latte, with whole milk + my husband ordered a hot mocha! I am not a mocha drinker by any stretch of imagination, HOWEVER, I tasted my husband's + let's just say -- the next time I go in, I'll be ordering one. The coffee is smooth, yet strong! Plus, the baristas were super friendly + the atmosphere was peaceful. read more

This coffee shop has the best lavender matcha latte! If you're in the area you have to visit this cute shop for the lavender matcha latte! It is located across the street from the Riverside Plaza. This place has a great atmosphere, perfect for studying or just getting some work done. I'm not too sure if there is free wi-fi, but there are plenty of tables to work at. The service was quick and the workers are friendly. This is definitely a place worth checking out! read more

Though certain *other* coffee shops in the Inland Empire claim to have the best matcha, Condron knows that's really good. Also, can someone please give Weston a raise and promotion? At this point my friends and I only go to Condron if he's there. 10/10 barista, 10/10 service and 10/10 coffee cup drawings. read more
