In the end, the project took 6 weeks. For a simple patio, a small dog run and a rock weed barrier. Lucy tried to sneak fees in and without my approval, had her workers rip out 2 of my bushes. After complaining, they replanted them days later but the plants did not survive. They also damaged my drip system (they did fix it after I brought to their attention) also, the workers left trash in the yard. John was kind and understanding but I will continue to tell my neighbors to stay away from them.

I told him that was too much for us so he agreed he would only charge us $500, for just the repair. 7/8/26 - I reached back out to the schedule and appointment, and he said he would look at this calendar. 7/17/26 - no response yet so I reached back out and he said he responded to the wrong person, which is why I never heard from him. Okay, fine, no big deal. He agreed to come do the work on 7/22/26 at 8 AM. 7/22/26 - I am at work and my husband is at home waiting him and no show so far. I reach out at 9 AM and he said his trailer is getting fixed and will be out by 1 PM. 1 PM rolls around and he texts me to say he will be another hour late, but can at least do the power washing. I reminded him I did not agree to do the power washing (I should have confirmed earlier), so he said he has to reschedule. After that, silence. 7/24/26 - I finally asked if he is still planning on doing the work and he said he can do it on 8/1/26. Well, today is 8/1 and I never heard back from him. Unfortunately, he has beeen unreliable in my experience.

Because I'm one victim from the reviews. I contacted Roberto for a concrete project back in fall 2025. He and his wife were both really responsive and on time for onsite estimate, scheduling and show up for the work. His explanation sounded professional but maybe because I had no experience in this area. After completing the work everything looked good "on surface ". Yes freshly finished concrete job always looks great. However within a few months issues kept coming up. There were cracks appearing and they became bigger pretty quickly. In addition the slope was done incorrectly that led water flowing towards the house wall and puddling around the house which was a big concern to the foundation. This project failed totally and I contacted Roberto to see how to fix. They showed up to remove the damaged slab. And the cause all appeared to be true as assumed. There was no base built underneath the slab which should a really critical step. The ground was not compacted at all. There was no gravel used. These are all the reason why the concrete failed because they didn't follow the standard at all. Be really careful about their job because they cheated as they assume you don't know. I asked them to redo this with quality and Anna was being really rude to me yelling on the phone. I just hope that they could remedy for the failed project which they admitted what was done wrong. Please stay with this company to avoid long term problems. Red flags: finishing job so quickly because cheating on necessary steps . Quoted lower amount because cheating on materials needed
