Then back to the regular day - no notice, then changed again - no notice. I emailed Owner Jason advising that I didn't care what day he chose for yard service, but it needed to be consistent, or at least get permission before any schedule changes. I advised that having people enter my fenced back yard (by law) needed my permission and, as a former police officer, I wanted to assure safety, for everyone. Jason responded by accusing me of using threatening language and immediately terminated services. No discussion or opportunity for clarification. I asked what he found 'threatening' and that I had hoped to further discuss the matter. Nope. He did not want any further discussion. He refunded has last charge, but in the end, not professional - his way or the highway.

Very affordable probably the best quote I had received. Years went on and I bought a home that had all rocks for a back and front yard. I wanted grass put in and good quality grass!I recalled the awesome job they did at the rental, and hoped they had still been a business. Sure enough they are still a business which in my eyes speaks volumes. The owner is super awesome and will answer any questions you may have. I will be using this company going forward with any future services needed.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR…read more I called this contractor to schedule a job to install patio pavers. He explained that he would not make an appointment over the phone. Instead, I had to go onto his website and schedule there. I went to the website and made an appointment. I was at the property 30 minutes prior to the schedule appointment time (window of 3pm to 4pm). I waited until about 3:15pm, still no word from the contractor. I went out front to see if maybe he had went too far down the block or something. No one in sight. I took a few minutes to run to the restroom. After the restroom, I noticed I missed the contractor's call by three minutes. I rang back expecting him to answer and explain that he was on his way or had arrived. Instead, it went to his voicemail. A few minutes later, I received a string of text messages from the contractor accusing me of missing the appointment, wasting his time, costing him gas money, and making him late for other appointments. Apparently, my stepping into the restroom for three minutes was out of the question. What kind of contactor works like this? I took time out of my day to meet this contractor as well. I guess my time as a client is not valuable to him in any way? He claims he waited for 20 minutes, but that is not at all true. I went outside searching for him and he had not arrived. Furthermore, why would he wait outside for 20 minutes and not attempt to call the contact number? When he finally did call, I only missed the call by three minutes. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing my experience, he only went on a further threatening tirade about he planned to comment back on my review about how much of his time I wasted. Ummm, you were not at the property when I checked at 3:15pm. I went to the restroom for a few minutes, I missed a call by three minutes, and then you refused to answer. If three minutes is unacceptable, it sounds as though you have some scheduling issues. Anyhow, DO NOT hire this contractor. He is terribly impatient, rude, and does not value your time as the hiring client.

Alberto and his crew did such a fantastic job I just had them back to create more planters for us. Most contractors (in my experience) don't have the drive to ensure everything is perfect and how the customer wants/expects it to be. Any time there was any deviation Alberto made sure that I was involved in figuring out what I wanted, and between Andy and Alberto it felt like a true collaboration to achieve a yard we look at as a sanctuary now. Highly recommend this company for taking pride in their work, working hard, and the value they place on ensuring their clients are involved and happy with the work they do.

It looks absolutely beautiful and my yard was cleaner than it's ever been! I appreciate his team's thoughtfulness and hard work! I have had to go out and admire the new look several times and could not be more satisfied with the finished product. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

From start to finish, the JDC team guided us through every challenge that comes with remodeling an older home. James and his team are not only highly skilled, organized, and excellent communicators -- they are also kind, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable to be around.
