Jason was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He's friendly, easy to work with, and always quick to respond to any questions. What impressed me most was his problem-solving mindset. When I mentioned that one of my sprinklers wasn't working well during his first visit for an estimate, he immediately checked it and adjusted it on the spot. It started working again right away, and he didn't even charge me for that quick fix--saving me from having to include it in the quote. Throughout the project, Jason not only completed the repairs thoroughly but also took the time to explain the "why" and "how" behind each step. His clear communication gave me peace of mind and confidence that my project was in great hands. Jason is exactly the kind of professional I'll gladly hire again and highly recommend to anyone needing irrigation work.

Much like the previous review, we built a home and Leonardi was the landscaper used by our builder…read more Our landscape designer gave them a detailed, yet easy-to-follow plan and still they managed to: -landscape entire portions of the yard meant to stay wild -misplace irrigation systems -bark the wrong areas of the yard -lay down hydroseed (who can know, really, since our yard is all clover, but we paid for hydroseed) without then watering it Check out this picture of our lawn, which cost tens of thousands of dollars. Honestly, we might have been better off leaving the land barren.

If we could give a rating of negative 50 stars we would choose that. We had read the previous…read morereviews and were very very concerned, but the general contractor we were working with (and used to trust), vouched for Leonardi and insisted they would do great work. I urge anyone looking for a landscaper/installer to NOT EVEN THINK of hiring this unscrupulous and worse than mediocre business. They used low-quality plant material, much of which is now dying. They said the specified light fixtures were out of stock but then our Landscape Architect called the lighting supplier and was told Leonardi hadn't even contacted them to place an order. They installed the incorrect type of ivy, using a very invasive type, when everything was clearly specified on detailed plans from the landscape architect. This wasn't a piddly little job, it was a complete re-landscaping of a large front and back yard. Eventually we got Tony Leonardi (the guy whose name is on the business!) to come see all the problems himself. We told him very directly and honestly that the work was substandard and we hold him accountable. He barely apologized and has not done even ONE thing he promised at that meeting to do to rectify all the negligent work. That was well over a month ago. I could go on, but will stop now. DO NOT HIRE!

I want just put in a very good work for Frank with Sprinklers and Backflows. Short story is that…read moreHe did a superb job installing our irrigation system with multiple spurs and followed through with quality to the nth degree based upon everything he quoted us. Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns. You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently! Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Frank, in contrast, specializes in irrigation and has a deep knowledge base behind what he does. He also demonstrated to us his commitment to providing a very high level of quality in his finished work. So, if you live in the Snohomish/Everett area and are looking for a quality, no-hassle, irrigation specialist, put Frank at the top of your list. I'm confident you will not be disappointed. Gordon T

Had Falling Water Designs out to provide proposal for cleaning and servicing our water feature…read morewhich has sat dormant for a few years. They diagnosed a failed fill valve which did not shut off resulting in enormous water waste and crazy water bills. I had them clean the pond & water fall as well as replace the valve with a newer design. They also adjusted the water flow to improve the fall and filtration. These guys know and care about what they're doing. Just wish we knew about them years ago!

I found Falling Water Designs in 2020 soon after quarantine set in, as just about the only thing I…read morecould do away from home was grocery shop and occasionally visit a garden center for lawn or garden supplies. My property came with two ponds, but at the time ponds and Koi were still very new to me, so I began to learn a lot about both from visiting their retail business (Falling Water Gardens) and purchasing for my needs. All along the way I found them to be extremely kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Rick was constantly giving me useful information when I'd drop in to get a new fish or buy miscellaneous supplies. Eventually this led me to a consultation at my home to help identify things I could do to create a better environment for my fish. Rick did the consult and was extremely informative, and he made different recommendations for various equipment options, even recommending against certain steps (which I took as a good faith sign that someone is avoiding every possible upsell and instead focused on what's best for their customer). I later decided to contract with Falling Water Designs for both a cleaning of my two ponds (one about 3500g and the other probably 1500g) as well as installation of a UV Sterilizer and Bead Filter for the larger pond where I keep my Koi. As an added challenge, I needed this equipment installed in a way that would make it easy for me to remove it if I needed to move on from the property I'm in now. This also included some landscaping and planting to help hide the equipment. Well, all I have to say is this was one of the best contracting experiences I've ever had. Ken showed up on time and the hustle started immediately. The ponds were drained, my fish were removed carefully and housed safely during the work, both ponds were cleaned for hours, with some added help replanting some overgrowth in submersible pots as well as positioning them, then the equipment installs and planting to hide. They just plain knocked every single step out of the park. Ken then spent time with me going over the equipment operation step by step and offering his help any time I had questions or needed advice to avoid incorrectly operating the equipment. Everything was inspected for leaks and optimal condition before they left, and they cleaned up all their own supplies and any mess and left my property spotless and without any effort needed on my part. The difference in my ponds is unbelievable. I inherited these ponds and they were absolutely filthy, so this was not easy work at all, and I'd have been fooling myself to think I could ever have done anything like this on my own. I'm incredibly thankful for the difference they've made in my landscape and I can't recommend them highly enough. Looking forward to working with them again in the future on other projects! Many thanks to Ken and Shaggy for knocking it out of the park and everyone at the Garden for always being awesome!
