"Fixes" often introduced new problems or were superficial (e.g., covering up debris instead of removing it). * Unexpected Costs from Company Errors: Critical design oversights led to me incurring significant, unexpected out-of-pocket costs (thousands of dollars) for specialized work that should have been clearly outlined or handled by them from the start. Furthermore, I was charged high fees to correct what appeared to be their own design errors. When we showed up, cabinets were not there. Cost of U-Haul - $250 plus travel time of (1) hour each way. Had to make a 2nd trip - another $250 plus time. Tried to get reimbursed for 1st trip but Lynnwood said they have no control over Tukwila's drivers and I should have called before I went. WTF? This was never suggested to me otherwise I would have. Will not reimburse any expenses. Beyond pissed off.
