Chris made it happen! He got me out of my lease and into a brand-new manual Mazda Miata Club, all within my price range. Chris stayed with me throughout the entire process, even while I changed my mind about which car I wanted. He gladly readjusted everything, recalculated the numbers, did the work, and made it happen. Chris genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in the work he does. He makes sure you're completely set and ready to roll. Chris is the best! Highly recommend him! read more

Gary was my salesperson and right from the start made me feel good about the 08 toyota prius he sold me. He was very reassuring as he was very knowledgable about the car and the previous owner's records. I was even shown the paperwork and photos of the new hybrid battery the last owner had replaced! Place was nice and welcoming vibe and all the salespersons seem like theyre really on their business. $5800 out the door cash. 4 and a half months in and the car is running beautifully even as I drive a lot of miles. 195,600 when I bought it. I mean heck I've put over 19,000 on the car since purchase back in January and as I'm writing this I'm now over 214,000. No doubt, I'm very satisfied car holds up great even tho it is an 08. Cheers to Gary and all of Concierge! read more

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa Note from Concierge Auto Group in September 2025, paying $7,000 cash for a vehicle with only 97,124 miles on it. I was hopeful that I had made a good investment. Unfortunately, just a few months later, the car's transmission failed. I had recently replaced the transmission fluid, so I know that old or dirty fluid wasn't the issue. I reached out to the salesman at Concierge Auto Group on February 10, 2026 to notify him about the dead transmission, but I have yet to receive a response. What adds to my frustration is that this Nissan model is known for significant transmission issues, often occurring before reaching 100,000 miles. This crucial piece of information was never disclosed to me prior to my purchase. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency from Concierge Auto Group. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Make sure to do thorough research about the model before purchasing a used car from them. Response to Sahak from Concierge Auto Group: Dear Sahak, Thank you for your prompt response. While I appreciate your clarification, I want to emphasize that my concern goes far beyond the age of the car; it's about the lack of transparency regarding the known issues with the CVT. Had I been informed about the numerous transmission failures associated with this model, including lawsuits against Nissan for defective continuously variable transmissions (CVTs), I would never have purchased the vehicle at all. For context, one investigation highlighted that the 2014 Nissan Versa Note has been involved in class-action lawsuits. These lawsuits address issues such as shuddering, noise, and premature failure of the CVT. Specifically, the Automotive Protection Association noted over 400 CVT-related complaints, which led to a class action in Quebec requesting extended warranties and compensation for affected consumers. Honesty and transparency are crucial in these transactions, and the absence of this critical information is extremely disappointing. It's disheartening to think that Concierge Auto Group may have knowingly hidden these serious and dangerous transmission failures from me, especially considering I had disclosed my vulnerable financial situation and tight budget during the purchase. Given the gravity of these well-publicized transmission failures and the total lack of disclosure from your dealership about them, your token offer for a discounted repair is completely unacceptable. Thank you. Sahak's response: Nick, I apologize for your negative experience, however, please understand you purchased a 12 year old car a few months ago for under $6,000 without buying warranty. I'm not sure what expectation you have from our dealership or any dealership. Like with all of our cars, we did our due diligence and serviced the vehicle prior to sale, however, we cannot guarantee any of our cars, let alone a 12 year old Nissan, for months after our clients purchase. We recommend buying warranty next time. We are always happy to connect you with our repair shops to give you a discount for being a client of ours. I'm not sure what more we can do. Wish you all the best Sahak read more

i called to see if a car was available & to see if i could test drive it. the guy on the phone told me "are you going to test drive it and buy it or test drive it and go home? if you are just going to test drive it and no buy it we are a sales center we don't let people just test drive cars here. you can go to the actual dealer of the car to test drive it." i am in the market for a specific car with a specific year that you guys listed not a car at the actual dealer. i'm not sure if that's your definition of customer service or a sales tactic but that sure isn't my definition of customer service. you guys will not be getting my business. read more

Purchased a talking car. I was helped by Harry. At first he was a little standoff'ish "I don't trust like that", he said after I refused to remove my trench coat. He closed the deal after he threw in a bag of skittles. 6 stars. read more

These guys were so awesome. They were super prompt and communicative. They gave really honest feedback about which vehicles would best match what I was looking for. Worked with this dealer to purchase a car that I needed shipped to MN. For the most part the transaction went smoothly. This was my first time purchasing a car via distance and we ran into difficulties as several documents needed to be sent USPS. Title documents were sent this route as well, one document was incorrect, preventing me from registering the vehicle, and needed to be shipped again, however this was shipped priority as well in spite of me requesting several times that this be sent Express/Overnight. However, Isaac and Mike reshipped the documents the same day using Priority Express/Overnight when I brought attention to the issue. They also coordinated the shipping of the vehicle to my house at a rate that was comparable to other going rates and the vehicle arrived much sooner than expected. Overall, this was a learning experience for me to buy a vehicle long distance, but I ended up with a vehicle that fit my needs, at a good price, and in a condition that was as described in the listing. read more

My daughter bought her first car today from Concierge Auto Group. Mike was her salesman and Gary handled her financing. What a great experience! We found the car online and put a deposit on it until we could make the trip to see it and finalize the deal. It was exactly as advertised. In amazing condition. Worth every minute of the 4 hour round trip drive. Gary had all of the paperwork ready to go. All the terms were exactly what we were told. Less than 30 minutes in total. My daughter just turned 18, she had a decent down payment however, no credit. Gary got her financing. We were turned down at a couple other dealers. If you are looking for a good deal and great service I highly recommend Concierge. read more

Concierge has found me amazing deals for the past 4 cars that I have leased. I always check multiple places before getting cars because even though I am a loyal customer I always like to do my due diligence, and I kid you not when I say this, Sahak comes through each and every time. You are amazing Sahak!! read more

I've now leased two Lexus's through Sahak & Concierge Auto Group over the last 4 years & it has been seamless. My travel & work schedule makes it hard to go see cars and lease options in person, so for both cars, I told Sahak what I was interested in and he would text me car options & pricing until we found what I was comfortable with each time. The process is so convenient and quick. I like that I don't have to go to multiple dealerships and answer calls and e-mails from salespeople. Sahak cuts straight through that with honest feedback for me on vehicles & achieving the best pricing he can upfront on the lease. read more

Bought a car today. I was referred by one of my good friends to Isaac. Nice guy. I was expecting that self employed, customer service look. Instead, Isaac immediately was warm and humble. It was hard to not trust him. He kinda finds a way into your heart. The man is real. If you want to finally trust someone in the car sales industry, you have my word that he is a godsend. I was also surprised at how young he is! This is someone I am excited to know. There is such a great future for him at Concierge Auto! I am excited about the great deal and wonderful car he got me, but even more excited about being Isaac's lifelong friend. Here's the bottom line... STOP, LOOK, DISTINGUISH, AND CHOOSE! It's not about the money, or the product. In my experience, if you want to be happy about what you buy, you need to be happy about who sold it to you. I'm confident that this was the best relationship I could have made in car buying. THANK YOU ISAAC! read more

I only write reviews when I've had a horrible or amazing experience. Sahak came highly recommended from a friend and he did not disappoint. I spent 3 hrs. in a dealership test driving vehicle before pricing was even discussed. It was daunting and I had no idea if I was getting a good deal. Then I contacted Sahak. I had never worked with a concierge group and had no idea what to expect. He was communicative, patient and gave great advice. My dream car, a Lexus GX 460 was found in one day with everything that I had asked for. Signing the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. I've spread the word to use this company to everyone I know and now that I have used Sahak and Concierge Auto Group I will never go to dealership again. read more

Car shopping has always been torture for me personally and dealing with salespeople that try to convince you the deal is great when it's not can be frustrating. Sahak was amazing in working with and actually getting you an amazing deal! I never imagined such a great price for my Lexus without having to do all the haggling. Save yourself the hassle of visiting multiple dealerships and third party brokers and go to Concierge. When I wanted to get my car, I got quotes from about 20 brokers, but nobody came close to these guys'. I dealt with Sahak, and he made the process so easy and short and free of headaches. I told him I decided to get the car on a Saturday and on Monday afternoon it was ready for me! Talk about convenience. He is a very humble and nice guy and knows the ins and outs of the business. I highly recommend Sahak at Concierge Auto Group if you are looking to buy or lease a car. You tell him what car and options you want, and he negotiates and brokers a deal with the dealer. The whole thing took about a day and I didn't have to physically be there! We talked, texted and emailed throughout the day as his deal progressed. It saved me about 5 hours at the dealer and he got me a great price for a Lexus GS purchase. Great customer service: easy paperwork filing, personal 1:1 hands on review of my new car and complete support during any questions and coordinating with outside financing (used my own bank). Will reach out to Sahak for the next car too. read more

I had a great experience working with Felix. I contacted him via email and received a very quick reply, and after assessing my vehicle needs Felix efficiently and expertly investigated the four cars I was interested in. He secured me a fantastic deal and within two days of contacting him I was driving my new Audi. I've worked in the car business in the past (both as a sales advisor and skip tracer) and met a lot of client-facing people across that industry. I can safely say that Felix provided the highest quality service, and his focus was making sure I was getting the car I wanted at the very best price.
