Perhaps my standards are high since I am Nursing Supervisor. My experience today at this place started out by professionally being greeted by some of the staff. As far as the PA I was not impressed by his etiquette. He walked in the room, did not introduce himself and first words out of his mouth were "sit down" pointing at the exam table. Came here with an injury from work in my Achilles tendon. Doctor must not have believed the pain I was in and immediately put me on Physical therapy for a sprained Achilles tendon. Once I had an MRI it was revealed that my Achilles was torn and the doctor I am now seeing at the Rancho Cucamonga location told me the Doctor at this branch did many things wrong to make my injury worse. I was also seen by Trudie Dean, and i was going through physical therapy and i kept requesting for an MRI, she keeps delaying until i was discharged and put me to work with no restrictions, im still in pain and i was devastated, a week later i opened the case and i went back to get seen again, i was told that they wont put me back on restrictions so i requested for an MRI, i waited for about 2 more weeks and i have to bare the pain. i had to change doctors but they still wont put me on light duty. at least i got my MRI results this time. read more

I've been calling all morning to schedule an appointment and they keep sending my calls to hold without even telling me if I can hold. I was on hold for over a half hour so I hung up and tried again and same thing except this time they just hung up on me. Very unprofessional .. ! I walked in for a DOT physical for $208 was in and out in about an hour. Of course, in CA it is so populated that we need to be patient wherever we go. They kept saying sorry there was a long wait, but it wasn't bad at all. The PA, staff, front desk, EVERYONE was efficient, friendly, and professional. I have been to the location on Spruce in Riverside (1 star due to the EXTREMELY RUDE lady at the front desk who wouldn't let me be seen with my insurance which lead me to them) and this location off of Cactus/Innovation is MUCH BETTER. Beware!!!!!!! Do not go here !!!!! It is not an urgent care !!!! I was under the assumption that u was being medically treated by a professional when I had spine injury and I was mistreated by personal assistant Trudie Dean. I am seriously injured and she put me back to work!!! So now I'm still hurt bad with no money and can't work. I signed a waiver under duress but they were fully aware of what they did!!!! To start, I made an appointment with this establishment for a DHS Physical (pre employment medical/fitness test) As I sit here currently in my room it has now surpassed 3 hours of waiting. PLEASE for your sake take my experience and STAY AWAY from this piss poor establishment. Keep in mind the entire process should only take 15 minutes MAX. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and very unprofessional. I'd expect to wait over an hour if I didn't have an appointment, but In this case it didn't matter. Click is now ticking approaching 4 hours. Worst place to set up a physical and drug test. Rude staff and they will not work with you to do your physical. I highly advise to go somewhere else even if it's thirty minutes away. Worst Urgent Care I have ever encountered in my life. Customer service is extremely poor, phones are never answered, and with a clear waiting room...you'll be waiting there the entire day. Regardless of your situation, injuries, and etc. Poor front desk associates and rude staff. DONT count on being taken care of at this Urgent Care. I went for an on the job injury and was there from 9-1 without care; then was brought to the back just to wait ANOTHER two hours to be seen by the on call doctor. This whole business/urgent care is ran extremely unsatisfactorily and inadmissible. You shouldn't even call this an Urgent Care, just consider it a medical billing building at this point. This place should not see any pre employment patients ever!!!! The employees behind the desk are soooo rude and very unprofessional. And don't even think about asking any questions, because they'll will give you the most short/rude response,and that's if that actually respond to you!! I did notice if you didn't speak English they were a little more patient. I mean some workers are nice. Then there some drs who shall not be doctors. When doctor focuses on your weight and stresses you out. Then other time I had to go back for something related they had me in a room a hr and a half. Like if you are not ready for a patient don't put them in. Its too nerve wracking just sitting there a hr and a half. They say five mins then you are stuck in a room for hours. read more
