I had an appointment today for 11:30am. I arrived at 11:20am and signed into their appointment clipboard. I waited for a half hour and they called me up to ask me if I had an appointment and what for. Of course I was surprised that they'd let me sit there for a half hour until they realized I was their even though I signed in. It turned out that they did have my appointment info but simply forgot to add it to their system, double fail! I told myself, okay no biggie just a simple mistake. They hand me paperwork to fill out and they had put down that I signed in at 12pm and admitted at 12:30pm. So they decided to push my appointment out to 1:30pm so that they take the blame off themselves for forgetting my original appointment. Now that is some petty stuff honestly. I do not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The staff has a slight attitude problem as well and try to do as little work as possible. The new name of this place is Concentra, new name, new look, same issues. read more

I've been going to this clinic for two years. All of my visits have been good but on this last visit, they lost my labs and consequently I lost a whole weeks of pay. Where's the professionalism when it comes to these nurses. I come in and already get attitude with a nurse name Tim. When someone misunderstood someone, you don't laugh about it, especially when someone has migraines and might be having a bad day. All three nurses including Tim made me uncomfortable from their little side talk or should I say gym talk. I'm not here to hear your guys uncomfortable talk, I'm here to do one thing and that is to get checked up and leave. I wasted about 10 mins from a male nurse that had glasses and another nurse that was bald head and Tim talking about some illegal stuff that they like to do after their work together. Who's the boss of these 3 disgusting fellas? Anyone who goes to this clinic, be aware of these three especially if you have your children with you since they have a foul and sick mouth. Seen doctor Ramirez, Dr Dana PA, Stephanie specialist coordinator great, then Shannon acupuncture great, Lorie and Alyssa front desk and in therapy Emily, Julia, Jeff PT's, Doctor Fait my orthopedic surgeon great. I am here for a physical and have been waiting over 3 hours not to mention I got here right when they opened and there was only 5 people ahead of me. They take appointments as well and put all walk-ins aside. I came earlier this week and waited 2.5 hours just to be told I cannot get seen and to come back. Impossible to schedule. Sat on hold for almost an hour. Walked in and was treated rudely by the front office staff (Kavina) as were many others. She spoke to many people condescendingly. After waiting 45 min I was told they could not do one of the tests ordered by my employer and I'd have to go to another location. I asked if they would call to make sure the other location had the test before driving an hour and they said they have the same number we do so they'd just sit on hold too. This place is horrible when it comes to time. They do not known or to manage time because every single time I come, I wait a minimum of 30 minutes PAST my appointment time to be brought back regardless of how early I may come before my appointment. The staff is friendly and pretty fast once I do get in. With Regards to Dr and PA's, I see a different PA every time and they don't seem to be on the same page with treatment. One tells me the plan for next time I come in and when I come inn the next time, the other PA says no we're going to do this instead. I've been here at least 20 times with regards to my injury and have seen the DR once. I wish that I could have one dedicated person to see every time so that the plan of action doesn't keep changing. Don't get any of this confused with the Physical Therapy side of the house. They are great! I give them 5 stars. read more

I went to CONCENTRA in Murrieta, CA and just want to say that the ladies and gentlemen that work there are AWESOME! Amelia helped me at registration in the front and was kind, funny and very patient. Rosa , who handled all my pre-employment tests in the back was so patient and thoughtful and kind. They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me because my employer messed up on my paperwork. They talked to them -several times- trying to get it corrected and were very instrumental in getting it corrected , in the spot, so I didn't have to come back and start all over. I was so grateful for both of their kindness and hard work! They are AMAZING! read more

44 minutes ago DO NOT go here for a DOT physical! Hubby was there for over 3 hours. Doctor tells him she will only certify for 3 months and that he must get a sleep study. WHAT?! Hubby is overweight - we get it and he's working on it, but he has no other symptoms whatsoever. Doctor did not know how to properly measure neck circumference. Doctor did not know how to perform an accurate Mallampati test. Doctor could not think critically, but was very good at just checking boxes. Seems like she wants to keep people coming back so they can keep taking your money (not to mention the cost of a sleep study). Or doctor did this because the patient was vocal about the very long and unnecessary wait? Who knows... but not worth putting your license on the line. Beware There are numerous complaints online about Concentra and other doctor-in-a-box type clinics doing this to hardworking people. Tip there is a very good doctor (Dr. A) in Murrieta that is honest, quick and only charges $85 for a DOT physical. read more

If I can give this place zero stars it will best describe how it is to be here. This place must be named as NON-Urgent care if you are here for an urgent care please walk out and go someplace else! Other than having no choice of being sent here through workplace injuries, avoid this place if you can.The waiting time ranges from 2-3.5 hrs long! The doctor will give you a 5 minute consultation, be sure to address all your concerns because once she leaves the room you can never get back to her unless you want to spend another hour of the waiting game. They never follow schedules even if you have an appointment. They overbook ppl and make everyone suffer the waiting like there's no other thing you ought to do for the day except wait to be called. If your employer sends you here request to go somewhere else. First time I went to get my TH test done, waited 1.5 to not be seen. I had to come back again waited over 2 hours to be told that the wait is only 45-1 hour (which is still a little insane). Once I got called for my TB blood draw I got poked once (what a surprise they didn't do it right). Second time I get poked my blood stops because it was done incorrectly so they begin to wiggle the needle which is still in my arm and boom my vein blows. It looks like there is a golf ball stuck under my arm instantly and I was told just put some pressure on it. Did I mention I'm also 8 months pregnant and have blood draws multiple times a month this has never happened not once at my other appointments. I can barely straighten or bend my arm now. There are crazy wait times. However, the staff is nice. I feel like I might just check in, fill out the Covid paperwork, go grab a bit to eat and see where I am on the list. Wait time is usually 30 minutes to an hour if it is a follow up. If you are here for the first time, you are looking at lots of paperwork to fill out ( misspelled name, age, and address one you get a receipt. ) and a lovely 3-4 hour wait. read more

I've been here since 9:30 and it's 11:38 right now I had to sign some papers thinking it'll take another 15 minutes to get my drug test finished but no I'm still waiting! Drug tests take about 10-15 minutes or less I don't know what's taking them so long but this is very unfortunate for customers who are in a rush or have other errands to run for the day. After receiving an injury working for my local city they sent me to Concentra for evaluation. As a walk-in I spent almost 4 hours for a exam and xray. I had an appointment today for a follow-up xray that was scheduled over 2 hours ago and am still waiting. This seems to be the biggest issue with other reviews. I couldn't get past reading maybe 3 of these 1 star reviews without laughing. The entitlement some of these patients feel is REAL. The staff here all are working in the health care field during a pandemic and they are HEALTHCARE workers. I work in the field and know all to well what they do everyday. Healthcare people are funny and sarcastic. It's how we deal with working with the public all day. They are sarcastic, yes. Rude, no. It's time to stop being so sensitive people. You go to a walk in clinic and ask the staff about the wait times you will get a sarcastic reply. You are at a WALK IN CLINIC. Even if you make an appointment check it out this is an urgent care also, so they WILL and SHOULD triage patients. Meaning if someone comes in here during your appointment time that needs MD attention....they WILL AND SHOULD get the Medical attention before you if necessary. I drove to this location on 10/18 for a physical and drug test. I arrived at 3 and they told me I missed the cut off for the physical that ends at 2 but they would still do my drug test. I thought that was great! I drove 40 miles round trip to get here and felt like they were still helping me out by at least letting me get part of my test done. If I was responsible enough to call earlier that day then I would have known about their hours. I did my drug test and I was told to come back to do the physical and I didn't even throw a fit! Because I'm an adult and know that sometimes it just doesn't work out like you want it to. And that life my friends. I showed up at 7:40 the next morning and waiting in line for 20 minutes before they opened at 8. And when I signed In I sat down and waited patiently to be called up. Dee called me up and remembered me from the night prior. She was warm and genuine. Her personality makes me and other patients feel comfortable and welcomed. Eric did my vitals and he was fun thorough and efficient. I am currently waiting for the Doctor to come see me in the room. This place is everything it should be. The people here are not rude or cold. They are healthcare workers working through a pandemic. And I am so grateful that they are open and taking walk ins. The wait time isn't a big deal. Medicine doesn't always run on time. We all know this. Anyways, thanks dee and eric and everyone else at concentra murrieta. And to the public, stop being so sensitive and grow up. read more

My employer requires us to complete a TB test annually and being as busy as we have been at work I completely forgot that I needed to complete the test and then of course have it read within a certain time frame. I called multiple locations and most were closing at 4 (I work a standard 8-5) and this was the only location that stayed true to its working hours. The front desk receptionists were very kind and ensured me if I got to the office by 430 it would be plenty of time to get the test completed. The staff were friendly, kind, patient and made sure my time was respected. The facilities were clean, they even have snacks in the waiting room (I haven't seen that at the other locations) and they were all very professional not only to me but the others at the clinic. I've told my coworkers about my experience and they're all going to complete their TB test at this location given my experience. :) read more

Concentra, Murrieta, CA I needed to be seen by a doctor and couldn't get into my doctor's office. I called my insurance to see what Urgent Care I could go to and be within my plan. I entered the facility, the front staff was pleasant with the exception of a young lady named, Wendy. I was asked to complete paperwork, I was given worker's comp paperwork. I let the staff know the paperwork didn't seem relevant to my visit. I was then given the proper paperwork. Wendy stepped in and began to grill me about my insurance. I let her know what insurance I had, a PPO, and that my insurance company had given this facility as a referral. Wendy then let me know they can say whatever they want, it isn't usually true. She would need to check my insurance and that could take up to 45 minutes and then I could be turned away. I know it takes about 5 minutes to check insurance. I understood there were 2 people's insurance to be checked before mine. I told her I would pay cash. Wendy informed me the charges would start at $205, she was very rude and condescending as she shared the charges. I told her I was fine with that, I needed to be seen as I was in a lot of pain. Wendy is not a good front person for this business. We have many choices of faculties we can choose to be seen at. This was a horrible start. I was called by the nurse and the whole visit changed, I was politely greeted by nurse, Gabby. I asked Gabby for the young ladies name, (Wendy's). Gabby was professional and waited until we were in the room with the door closed. Gabby was professional, kind and had a sweet demeanor. Totally different from the front female staff member. She saved the visit. The nurse practitioner, Grace attended to me. She was also amazing and I got the help I needed. I would return if I didn't have to go through Wendy. That was a very unpleasant experience when you are in pain. The facility was clean, and the patients weren't stuffed in the waiting room. The facility, the back staff, and the front staff with the one exception was very nice. read more
