The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. The wait times were horrible and there were so many people (staff) just standing around talking, while patients anxiously waited. I'm thankful that this was for pre employment and not a physician's office that I need to frequently visit. There was absolutely No sense of urgency on the support staffs' end... However, once in a room Dylan and the physician I saw were great and had good bed side manner... read more

Don't break a bone because your local urgent care just can't X-ray anything because their X-ray machine is broken so you know just drive an hour to the next closest one. They need another facility near Murrieta or they need to have an alternative for X-rays read more

My visit went smoothly. Dylan was very nice and helpful. He has an awesome personality! Tim drew my blood, and it went quick and it was easy. The fastest visit I've had. Very friendly staff. read more

The absolute worse waiting room. Arrived at 8 am and didn't leave until 1:15pm. They are grossly slow. Staff seem nice but their method needs to change and fast! read more

The two behind the desk need an attitude adjustment. They don't like their jobs and dealing with the public. I went up to one and she thought I left!! Why would I leave, and she said I called you and no response. I said I'm sitting behind your wall where all the chairs are. Maybe lower the TV that is blasting and no one can hear you calling out names. She tells me I didn't see you. Well take all those chairs away then. Ok, so what's my status I ask her? We never got your paper work for the second time. So I waited 2 hours for nothing? She again says, I thought you left. I'm here!!! Then she says she can process me without it! No eye contact! No apology! Notice that all the women reviews are low and the men review are high!! These two are women haters!!! Meanwhile, the patient next to me is talking to her mom about how rude the two were to her too!! I'm a libra I love life!!! It's not ok to be treated like shit. You're dealing with people who are in pain and go find another JOB!!! The PA was beautiful and nice and professional though. Very patient! Is this sign for US or the receptionist here?? read more

Was there at 10 to get my TB results, which should usually take 10 minutes but waited a whole hour just for a piece of paper to get printed.

Tim was great made me laugh the whole time and was very nice a friendly. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly as well. No long lines to wait in and i wasn't there for hours and hours considering i was a walk in i was in and out pretty fast. read more

This place is horrible. We got there at 3pm for a physical, didn't get called in until 5:30 pm. Every single person that came after was seen first. It's now 6:15 pm and my husband is still waiting for a physician to do the entire physical. The staff is kind but does not keep you updated at all. read more

Honestly my experience up till today was ok, wait times even with appointments are 30-45 min. Front desk is ok but always seem to be doing anything other than checking in patients. Tim is an all star nurse, always smiling extremely kind. Everyone else needs to work on their bedside manner. Extremely disappointed in care provided or the lack there of. Even simple candor is lacking there is nothing urgent about this location. Please do not expect a workman's comp care facility to care, the primary DR acts like Jekyll and Hyde. You never know what you're going to get. read more

don't go here for workers comp, they fucking suck. the doctor literally just hand a blank piece of paper, a pen, wrote down all of my symptoms for a concussion which an ER confirmed I had. They proceeded to say I was perfectly fine to go back to work when I had blurry vision, loss of memory, and unable to keep my balance completely. if anyone sends you here they're trying to fuck you over read more

Went here for an occupational physical and was really worried after reading all of the horrible reviews. Such a great experience. The nurse who helped me took his time and was really kind. I have horrible and mostly collapsed veins for blood testing. He went out of his way to find a smaller needle, checked my arms and hands up and down before just stabbing me, and really cared. All other nurses and doctors were really nice. Yes it took some time but guess what, everything does. Be sincere and nice to the staff. No one wants to have to go to the doctor, especially urgent care, and no one wanted to have to take time out of their day for a work related visit. You reap what you sow. read more

Wait times are terrible. I got there right when they opened at 8am, was the 4th person waiting for urgent care. They took a good 15 people that got there after me first. (None had appointments because the staff asked) After an hour and a half of waiting I ended up leaving and going to a different urgent care. They deal mostly with workers comp claims and work medical physicals, I wouldn't go here for your urgent care needs. read more

Awful wait time. Quoted 45 min and took 3 hrs to be seen. They apparently don't have the ability to do any diagnostic tests. First thing I notice is that I gave a urine sample and the MA dipped it and poured the specimen out right away without even checking with the provider if they would want a urine culture sent out..? Then finally seen by the "provider" and she first offered an OTC treatment without an exam or any diagnostic test. When I asked for a culture swab to confirm my diagnosis, they said they don't do that here and that I should go to an urgent care if I wanted something like that?! Mind you the name is concentra urgent care. I have never been so disappointed at how poorly a facility is practicing medicine. read more

This review is exclusively about the Physical Therapy section of Concentra Murrieta. Unfortunately I've had some injuries in the last 2 years. In all instances I've had to utilize Concentra Murrieta for medical. I decided to use the PT dept in Murrieta. I've worked with Emily, Julia, Cameron, Surya, Jeff, Shannon, and Lori. There is also a nice guy that is usually in reception. Every one of these therapists you'll love to hate. They are GOOD. They can tell what your threshold is and push you just a little bit harder. They move you along and add new exercises so it keeps it fresh. When you complain about pain they ask you where the pain is, what kind of pain it is, then they explain how those groups of muscles, tendon, bone move and suggest a reason why it hurts. Lori is an amazing receptionist. Always pleasant and looking for a way to help. She is very accommodating in scheduling appointments and helps you get started on exercises and/or heat/ice. I've been going there for so long I feel like these are my kids. They take good care of their "mom". Thanks! read more

Walked in and asked to be seen once my employer told me to come here and gave her the paper I was told to hand over. She looks it over with a smug face and was so dismissive just now she goes "oh...well "....same day appointments are only taken after 330" and hands me back my paper. And I'm like "okay so I can't just schedule for something tomorrow? How's does this work?" and she said "no same day is before 330 come back tomorrow". She was so dismissive, unwelcoming, not warm at all and didn't really explain what I needed to do. Not going to this location again. Guess I'll have to go to San Diego. ***UPDATE - guess what? They don't even have a 330 rule the manager told me the lady at the front made it up!! - wow! I've also had terrible interactions with every person except for one Asian doctor and one male doctor. Everyone else is collecting a paycheck and doesn't care about our well being*** read more

Front desk is rude and looks like they all hate their job. Valerie needs to get her attitude checked out because she was not helpful. I went there to get a physical assessment done and she was so emotionless and was not clear what she needed from me when all she needed was my ID. She clearly told me "for a physical assessment it will be a longer wait, it's going to be 2 hours". So I said okay and filled out the register link. NO ONE told me I had to STAY THERE. Why would I wait 2 hours there to be called when I had other errands to do. So I come back 10 min before the 2 hours was up & I was told that my request has been voided. It was sometime around 1250 in the afternoon and she told me my visit has been voided at 1315. LITERALLY MORE THAN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. She told me I had to pay for TB?!? Like no, I walked out upset because I felt like I wasted my drive to them just to be told that I will not be seen. Madison Concentra, either replace you front desk receptionist, VALERIE, or get a new team at the front desk. This is ridiculous. Ive been here before and had no problems. I learned my lesson to not wait there for 3+ hrs, but never was I told that I can't leave the building! Get a sign or something. read more

First time visiting this concentra, but I travel for work so I have been to many. This location exceeded my expectations because of the efficient, friendly staff. It was a long wait time up front but Jack made it worth the wait. He was quick, personable, skilled, and made the whole experience very painless. Would definitely recommend! read more

It was definitely the strangest doctor's visit I've ever had. The physician/nurse practitioner denied my worker's comp claim but then told me I had a deformity in my chest and arthritis in one of my toes even though I hadn't gone in seeking treatment for either. Also, no doctor and no person has ever commented on me having a chest deformity, and I'm not experiencing any symptoms of arthritis in that toe (though, to be fair, it is curled more than the others). The physician/nurse practitioner's opinion about the cause of tingling and numbness in my fingers, the reason I went in for, was at odds with that of my primary care physician. This tingling and numbness surfaced after I received first-degree burns at work. My primary care physician thought it was nerve damage due to the burns and instructed me to go through worker's comp. The physician/nurse practitioner I saw here said it wasn't but didn't really explain much except to say there was no "trauma" at work that could have caused the tingling and numbness. Update: I've since seen my primary care physician several times and a neurology clinic. Both think it's work-related because there was nothing wrong with my blood work that would suggest a dietary deficiency. I think the nurse practitioner I saw at Concentra was either incompetent or dishonest. I wouldn't recommend Concentra for work injuries because, based on my experience, it seems they'll say it's not work-related if there's any chance they can. To avoid this, make sure you immediately designate your own primary care physician or another urgent care facility when you get hired. You have to do this before you get injured; you can't do it after. You definitely don't want to be stuck going through the appeals process with the state like I am. Just avoid Concentra. The wait was also too long. I arrived around 11:30 on a Monday and didn't get out until almost 2:00 On the good side, the receptionist was friendly and helpful as well the medical assistant who took my vitals. I would recommend Accelerated Urgent Care or Temecula Urgent Care. The first has always been a five-star experience for me. read more

Many thanks to Wendy and Carissa at Concentra Urgent Care in Murrieta. I stopped by to complete my DOT drug testing. These two ladies work quick and are extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location because of Wendy and Carissa. read more

Repulsive customer service. I'm not sure if the front office ladies know, they probably assume because I'm African American, that I wouldn't understand what they're saying but I speak fluent Spanish. The things they are speaking of, UNPROFESSIONAL, to say the least. It is so disappointing to know this is the things they say when they are on the job and consumers are in the building. I would not recommend coming here if it is at your discretion. Currently working on gathering the names of the individuals at front desk. P.S: the women at the front desk are examples of when you peak in high school, will be the receptionist at the front desk forever, and can't get out of your mean girl stage. Grow up. Life is bigger than your ego and high school attitudes - especially when it comes to saying rude things about patients you DON'T know outside of this setting. read more

(Murrieta location) This is one of the worse UC that I've ever been too. Wait times are extensive. Front staff are so sarcastic and rude. They do not value your time, at all. I don't recommend this place unless you like sitting in waiting rooms for ridiculous and unreasonable amounts of time. The back staff and Doctors are all nice. The lobby and back areas are clean. read more

If you get hurt at work and they want to send you here, ask them if there is any other place they can send you!! Honestly I am in customer service and have been also behind the desk in a doctors office answering phones and checking in clients. This place and there front staff girls are completely inconsiderate and rude. They tell you to check in like they hate their job and hate you coming in. Even though I Had to do a mandatory drug test for work and wasn't very thrilled to do so , but I at least treat people kindly . Saying just a hi is great way to start . Hopefully the office manager reads this and can freshen up there grumpy attitudes and to train them to become professional humans . It might make the two hour wait more pleasant if you weren't spoken to like a dog that did something wrong ! As far as the nurse guy who took me back and did testing he was friendly , thorough and to the point. He actually said hi with a smile when he greets you! Thank you you showed you appreciate having a job and care for people ! read more

This place is ridiculous, it's a big waste of time. Came in for a job physical and took over 3 hours. They call you in to see the dr. And they just put me in a room and waited over 1 hour to be seen. I would never visit this place for any type of medical issue. I'm here because the employer sent me here. read more

Doctor Dlugos or whatever his name is, is the worst doctor I've ever been seen by. I came in for a workman's comp issue and he said I was making excuses for not being able to attend my physical therapy appointments which he said is why I'm still in pain. Even though I notified him that I had school and was also still working and was never put on leave from work. He said I just wanted to be out of work, which I never did and why am I still going to school if I'm in pain. (Because I'm supposed to stop going to school to prove I'm in pain for some reason) he threatened to terminate my workman's comp if I missed another physical therapy appointment which is insane to me that you would deny someone care because they had to reschedule some appointments. He wasn't even my original doctor so I asked to be scheduled with her instead. If you get him as your doctor, you might as well ask for another one because he does not listen to your concerns and he's condescending and rude whilst doing so. read more

This place freaking sucks! Good luck trying to call in to make or reschedule appointments. No one picks up, and if they do you'll get 1 of 2 responses. Either an IMMEDIATE pick up and hang up or IMMEDIATE hold for more than 45 mins. I had to call back every time they put me on hold and had to yell "no" to just tell them I need to make an appointment. And I mean calling them back to back to back maybe 4 times.... But now as I sit here 39 mins and counting I'm not sure I was better of making an appointment. I also work in the medical industry but Jesus Christ pick up the damn phone, 5 mins to set an appointment isn't hard. They aren't slammed with patients. read more

Coming in for a preemployment urine drug screen. Also working in the medical field. First of all, it's rude not to look up and acknowledge someone second of all you cannot help me because you're scanning documents??? It's sad that you're a beautiful young lady with a horrible attitude. The healthcare is not your field, sweetie. Yes you to the left with glasses. I only gave a higher rating for the other person sitting next to her because she was polite and assisted me without any attitude. If that person is going to be the face of the office with that attitude, I'd sit her in the back, have her do some paperwork or something else where the public doesn't have to deal with her. read more

Impossible to schedule. Sat on hold for almost an hour. Walked in and was treated rudely by the front office staff (Kavina) as were many others. She spoke to many people condescendingly. After waiting 45 min I was told they could not do one of the tests ordered by my employer and I'd have to go to another location. I asked if they would call to make sure the other location had the test before driving an hour and they said they have the same number we do so they'd just sit on hold too. Poor organization. read more

I had to come here for an pre-employment drug test. Got here right when they opened and there was already a line with 15 people. Expect to stay here for a few hours or even half of the day. Wow. I've gone to other concentra locations before but this one was just disgusting. It's October when I'm writing this and the first thing I saw when I walked in was three moldy rotting pumpkins in the waiting room. Considering this is technically a medical facility you'd think one of the staff would take a look at those and say "hey maybe we should toss this gross pumpkins". It makes me doubt the cleanliness of this MEDICAL FACILITY. The front desk staff are also rude but that's no surprise considering how nasty the place is. read more
