As it turned out, they don't charge anything for a diagnostic test so he just told me to bring my computer into their store. I met with Tony, who immediately hooked me up with one of his technicians. I decided to go back to college but didn't want to spend a whole lot on a brand new mac pro. I had a 2011 model MacBook Pro but it was so packed with useless stuff on the old hard drive and the battery was fried. I took my computer to them and they put a new hard drive and battery for only a couple hundred bucks. They didn't even attempt to up sale me on anything or sell me anything that I didn't need. A couple month into using this computer and I am completely pleased with the performance. The computer runs like it did when it was brand new. Highly recommend this shop. read more

I came to Computer Village because the hard drive on my laptop needed to be replaced. It was my first time at the business, and I am seriously impressed. The diagnostics were free and quick, they called me within a few hours of dropping off my laptop. After confirming my hard drive needed to be replaced, they gave me some options on how I wanted to go about fixing it and which size hard drive I wanted to replace it with. I expected it to take a few days, but the NEXT day after I had dropped my laptop off at the store, they called me and said it was ready for pick up. When I picked my laptop up, they had cleaned it, and wrapped the extension chord up very nicely. They even saved my old hard drive and provided it to me in case I needed some file from it I had forgotten about. They were able to save a LOT of my old files and programs, which rocks. They installed a FREE antivirus software, and a free form of something like Microsoft word, but it wasn't Microsoft. The staff were friendly and professional, and I will definitely be back for any of my future computer needs. I highly recommend paying these guys a visit. read more

These guys are amazing. I've been looking for a computer repair place since before Thanksgiving to fix the broken hinge on my laptop, and after being severely disappointed by Tech Powered Computers in Glendora (a review for another time perhaps) I turned to yelp and found Computer Village. Seriously, these guys were as magical as their reviews on here say. Not only did they get back to me next day about what needed to be replaced, but their service fee was $50 (which is incredibly low). Technicians paid attention when I explained the problem, and when asked if I could get the part I needed with expedited shipping, they made it happen so easily.
