I brought it back to a former employee named Zuhare, who was the only person I had dealt with on this particular laptop. I had to bring it back several times times for multiple issues. The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I couldn't access the internet, Word document or my Adobe creative suite. I was beyond frustrated with Apple support so I reached out to iTod and I am glad I did! I called and the tech took it from there! He knew what was wrong with my computer as soon as he was able to access it remotely.
