I come the next day and am told by the clerk that his manager may not have ordered the part and he hasn't spoken to him. I then asked if he could call the manager and he said no. I asked why not and he repliedhe cannot tell me why he cannot call his own manager. At this point I was confused on how any business refuses to let you speak to a manager and can't even get a reason. Then he told me I call back on the following Monday for an update. I declined and asked for a refund after having to threaten to call the police to get my phone back from their inventory. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. My review is based entirely on written communication and the business's refusal to provide the diagnostic documentation they repeatedly referenced.

I immediately retrieved my laptop from them and, acting on advice I found online, connected it to my smart TV. The image on the television screen did not flicker. The diagnosis took all of three minutes. Subsequently, I purchased a new screen for $150 on Amazon and replaced it myself, again following instructions from YouTube.
