Laptop had gotten wet, they first stated a specific part repair, then said they had to order entire keyboard from overseas. 4 weeks later, called them and no progress. Guy said the 'Mac' technician had quit without notice. Guy then said he was looking up on the internet how to replace the part since he wasn't familiar with Macs. He also stated the owner regularly orders the wrong parts. I told him I was holding them responsible for their repairs, and he then referred me to their waiver statement I signed.
