Turnaround time estimated about and 1 1/2 -2 hours. Sounded fine so I told her I'd be in shortly. When I got there she looked at my phone and asked if my data was backed up. Unsure I checked to see the last backup. Suddenly, she says "Oh your phone is hot!" I touched the phone. It was fine. I replied. No, it's fine." It wasn't even warm. Their phone rings and she answers it, still with the phone to her ear but not talking to whoever called she comes back to the front and says it'll now be $100 bucks! Wait. What happened to the $69.95???? Knowing I could have my phone fixed for much cheaper-I told her that was ok and I left. I don't know why the flip but it seemed rather shady. I will not do business there again feeling slighted. Where does the two stars come from: At least they were pleasant.

I took my phone to another uBreakiFix location and they were blown away by how poorly it was installed. They told me that there were display connector pins missing among many other things that these guys didn't care to check. DO NOT GO HERE. They make you pay at drop off instead of pick up due to a "management change." They'll also try to sell you on a secondhand screen and claim you won't notice a difference, which isn't the case
