Staff were around, but I never interacted with any of them. It's crazy to me that back-to-school promotions have already started. Maybe there are year-round semesters here? My grad school started in mid-August for the fall semester, so maybe it's not wacky. The clearance section is small. It's in the left back corner of the store. There were some nice tumblers, but I have enough of them! The washrooms are at the back of the store. The women's was clean and nicely stocked. I like looking at rolling computer bags. There were a couple that were on sale, but they are all black and boring. I enjoyed looking at the brush and calligraphy pens, too. It was nice to browse around. I stopped by in search of a drafting chair due to a higher than average desk I have at home. There were not many employees on the floor, so I was not able to get assistance in my search until I went to the register and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. He offered to look up locations that may have them around the area, as drafting chairs were only carried at specialty locations or online. I wasn't that pressed, so I just asked for the location details. In addition to that information, he also offered other solutions for taller desks such as mountable keyboard drawers and trays. Sadly they did not carry those either, but it did give me good idea for a cheaper alternative. Overall, the location is dated and in need of an update, but the shelves are stocked and the service was top notch!

I have been having issues with my iPhone 15 pro max for 3 weeks.I have tried EVERYTHING that was suggested. Joe found the problem! I chose to buy a new phone rather than send it for repair. So my 5 stars are for Joe and Heather and NOT for the update that I think most likely caused the issue. Heather was the second employee to assist me. She was as awesome as Joe. She walked me through the install and factory reset on my old phone and taught me a lot about the new phone while waiting. It took me a couple hours after I left to check to see if my CarPlay would work, but it connected as soon as I plugged it in. Thank you!!! (I do have to mention that it is hard to make an in store appointment but sometimes it is necessary. I had spent a lot of time troubleshooting with Apple employees on the phone with no solution. I would prefer not to going into the store, but no phone call could have diagnosed this issue.)

Needed new battery in laptop. Was told it was in stock. Made appt, was then told it would be two…read moredays. Asked the woman taking care of me if they could also clean the screen and computer keyboard, while it was in their care. She told me yes, no problem. I was willing to pay. Nothing else needed repairing. Took them five days for repair and one extra day to actually contact me. Computer was not cleaned at all, not even attempted, and the man who handled the transaction when I went back seemed very put out and snooty. Dang battery is more expensive than many computers, and they could not even do the job as promised in completion, AND it took almost a week??????? Not impressed.
