This should probably be a totally new review and not just an update! Lifeline is TRULY my electronic lifeline! Travis and the crew are AMAZING! My iPhone and the toilet had a battle and it was Toilet-1 and iPhone-0! The phone spend 24 hours of time-out in a bag of rice to no avail. I was totally prepared to buy another phone when I thought about giving Lifeline a call. After talking with Travis, we decided to give it a try---he would know within a couple of hours with the phone if he could save it or not. And if, even after spending all of that time on it, he could not get it working, there would be no charge. How can you argue with that? Since I had an appointment with the Apple place set up already, I hoped to know the verdict before I had to put out $300-500 for a new phone. Travis kept me informed throughout the day and was I overjoyed when he told me that it was working! He had to replace the screen and one of the cameras (not the selfie one but the "facing away" one) and the bill came to $180 and change! YES! You read that correctly!!! $180 and NOT $500!!! Plus, when I turned on my phone EVERYTHING was still there...EVERYTHING!!! Folks, these folks are the BEST...no doubt about it. Check with them FIRST and you won't be sorry. I was lucky that searching for my iPad repair, I came across LifeLine Repairs. It's not easy to spot from the street this busyness, but thanks to Yelp and online search engines I located that is close to my home and have good reviews. Ron, who is the store Manager, is very customer friendly and my iPad was repaired in time and looks like a new one. This place has the worst customer service. I've used them for multiple repairs. I always have to be the one to call them and chase them on the repair. And there have been several times I went to the physical store front and they were just closed during business hours. Go elsewhere. read more

Fraudulent company. They no longer exist but continue to charge the monthly membership fee so anyone signed up should contact their bank, claim for fees charged since the company dissolved and make a claim. I reported to law enforcement so an investigation is under way. They still have a Linkedin bio but the link to their website takes you to a thrift store. BEWARE. read more

I came in because of water damage to my iPhone. The tech was able to dry my phone and repair the screen in two hours and it cost $50 less than Asurion! Asurion quoted me $50 to dry it and $130 for a new screen, plus it would take them 2-3 days. My total at Lifeline was $130 because they waived the drying fee when I got the new screen. The tech was super knowledgeable and nice. Definitely recommend! read more

LifeLine saved me $400.00 for a new phone out of contract with Verizon. I really wish I had gotten the name of the salesman at Verizon who directed me here because he is awesome!! I stopped in at LifeLine, afraid after my horrible experience at iHospital that my phone was doomed. The repair guy took a look and said it was completely fixable, and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Perfect. Half an hour later I was on my way with a repaired phone for $100.00. So far it is working well (knock on wood) and I couldn't be happier with my experience at LifeLine. Paid $170 for phone to get the screen replaced. My shattered screen worked better than the screen they replaced it with. Even the home button has problems now. (29 days ago) Bought the 4 month warranty - took it back in for them to replace and since I had a nick in my screen they said the warranty was invalid and wouldn't fix the problems. I talked to a guy on the phone that said to bring it in and he would see what he could do for me. Drove 30 min- went straight to the stre and a different guy was working -- told me SOL. Huge waste of money and time. Go buy insurance, go o your vendor or apple. Not these guys. read more

I went in to have my iPhone 7 Plus repaired. My screen was cracked all over. I walked in and 30 minutes later I walked out with a new screen on my phone. So I wake up from an epic night in Austin and look at my iPhone 5s to check my emails. That's when I discover that I had cracked my screen and it was spreading from the initial crack all the way across the screen. DOH! While I am not sure how the screen was broken (like surely it wasn't due to a bar hop or clumsiness due to alcohol?), I knew that I had to get it fixed. So when I got back to Nashville I googled places and this place is right by my house. Plus it is right by the tanning place. And Corner Pub too. Soooo I made an appointment online and took it on over. They were waiting for me when I got there and took my phone back. 20ish minutes later my phone was like new. BOOM!!! I am very please with the service I received at LifeLine Repairs. I was jogging outside when it started raining and unfortunately my iPhone got a little wet. I was no longer able to scroll, type, or even unlock my iPhone. I also had two white lines across my iPhone display. I first went to another place of business off of Elliston Rd, iHospital. I was initially told that because I had put the phone in rice (which apparently is a bad idea) after getting it wet that their luck with phones in similar situations are slim-to-none. I was then advised that I should take my phone to Apple's Genius bar to have it replaced with a refurbished model for $299. I came to LifeLine repairs for a second opinion and am glad I did. I told them my situation and the employee said that he'd be happy to take a look at my phone. He popped the screen open and showed that the water sensors on the phone showed no water damage. All that had to be replaced was the screen that had been damaged by the water. Not the phone. It took them 30 mins to fix it and for $120 I had my perfectly working iPhone back. I should have came here first. Now anytime I have any issues I will come back here! read more

Service was super friendly and they work fast. I have an iPad and needed the screen replaced--they replaced it with an inferior part. The screen is made of plastic and I have these "rainbow" blotches under the screen. iPad feels like a cheap imitation now. Once again the staff was nice but they use inferior non-OEM parts. WHEN THEY BREAK YOUR PHONE IT'S ON YOU. Brought in an iPhone 7+ to get a screen repair for $200. They broke the home button trying to put on a new screen. They then couldn't get the home button to work on the old cracked screen either. We were only given the choice to pay $200 for the now broken phone with a new screen or no payment and they put back with cracked screen with the now broken home button. Three hours later the phone is now far worse off and I'm going to have to pay for an entire new phone. Don't come here unless you're fine with them breaking your phone and not doing anything about it. They also never called and closed the store before telling us anything was wrong... We had to knock on the door until somebody finally came only to tell us they broke it. Total incompetence. read more

These guys fixed the rear camera glass covering on our Samsung Galaxy S5. It somehow shattered. I had a hard time finding correct parts but they had it. Called them Saturday morning and they were very helpful. Stopped by at lunch on Saturday and they were done in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the job they did. These guys have repaired multiple devices of mine... usually while I wait! They are fast, honest and absolutely reasonably priced. After getting a new screen replaced on my iPhone, the screen started separating about 2 months after. I took it in, they noticed that there was a slight bend in my iPhone chassis, straightened out, replaced the glass and charged me nothing, saying they should've caught it the first time. Just today, I dropped my phone, the glass popped out of the chassis and I took it in. Within 5 minutes, they had it back together, glued up and on my way. Again, no charge. I'm not saying you're going to get things for free, here... but they know customer service and know that the little things like they did today makes life long customers. read more
