This should probably be a totally new review and not just an update! Lifeline is TRULY my electronic lifeline! Travis and the crew are AMAZING! My iPhone and the toilet had a battle and it was Toilet-1 and iPhone-0! The phone spend 24 hours of time-out in a bag of rice to no avail. I was totally prepared to buy another phone when I thought about giving Lifeline a call. After talking with Travis, we decided to give it a try---he would know within a couple of hours with the phone if he could save it or not. And if, even after spending all of that time on it, he could not get it working, there would be no charge. How can you argue with that? Since I had an appointment with the Apple place set up already, I hoped to know the verdict before I had to put out $300-500 for a new phone. Travis kept me informed throughout the day and was I overjoyed when he told me that it was working! He had to replace the screen and one of the cameras (not the selfie one but the "facing away" one) and the bill came to $180 and change! YES! You read that correctly!!! $180 and NOT $500!!! Plus, when I turned on my phone EVERYTHING was still there...EVERYTHING!!! Folks, these folks are the BEST...no doubt about it. Check with them FIRST and you won't be sorry. Friendly, courteous, efficient, skilled, professional, and so reasonably priced! What more could you ask for!! read more

I was lucky that searching for my iPad repair, I came across LifeLine Repairs. It's not easy to spot from the street this busyness, but thanks to Yelp and online search engines I located that is close to my home and have good reviews. Ron, who is the store Manager, is very customer friendly and my iPad was repaired in time and looks like a new one. Comparing to other places, especially to Apple Store, pricing is a very reasonable and definitely is a good value. Overall, it was a great positive experience. read more

This place has the worst customer service. I've used them for multiple repairs. I always have to be the one to call them and chase them on the repair. And there have been several times I went to the physical store front and they were just closed during business hours. Go elsewhere. read more

Fraudulent company. They no longer exist but continue to charge the monthly membership fee so anyone signed up should contact their bank, claim for fees charged since the company dissolved and make a claim. I reported to law enforcement so an investigation is under way. They still have a Linkedin bio but the link to their website takes you to a thrift store. BEWARE. read more

Shattered 12.9 iPad Pro screen. Fixed good as new for 1/2 the price I was quoted at "that other place"... Great customer service. read more

I came in because of water damage to my iPhone. The tech was able to dry my phone and repair the screen in two hours and it cost $50 less than Asurion! Asurion quoted me $50 to dry it and $130 for a new screen, plus it would take them 2-3 days. My total at Lifeline was $130 because they waived the drying fee when I got the new screen. The tech was super knowledgeable and nice. Definitely recommend! read more

LifeLine saved me $400.00 for a new phone out of contract with Verizon. I really wish I had gotten the name of the salesman at Verizon who directed me here because he is awesome!! I stopped in at LifeLine, afraid after my horrible experience at iHospital that my phone was doomed. The repair guy took a look and said it was completely fixable, and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Perfect. Half an hour later I was on my way with a repaired phone for $100.00. So far it is working well (knock on wood) and I couldn't be happier with my experience at LifeLine. They have my business any time, and I will use the 10% check in discount the next time I mess up a phone (just being realistic). read more

business is closed but still charging me my monthly fee!! no web site and phone out of order. fraud!

Incredible costumer service only took about 45 minutes and have the best price here in Nashville that I found! Also has a memebership that's 5 dollars and good promotions read more

Appreciated the fact that he worked late to fix my iPad due to his shipment running late.

Super knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely always take it to these guys before heading to the Apple store.

Paid $170 for phone to get the screen replaced. My shattered screen worked better than the screen they replaced it with. Even the home button has problems now. (29 days ago) Bought the 4 month warranty - took it back in for them to replace and since I had a nick in my screen they said the warranty was invalid and wouldn't fix the problems. I talked to a guy on the phone that said to bring it in and he would see what he could do for me. Drove 30 min- went straight to the stre and a different guy was working -- told me SOL. Huge waste of money and time. Go buy insurance, go o your vendor or apple. Not these guys. read more

Top notch! just flew into town and my boyfriend had to get his cracked screen fixed right away. i found these guys based on the positive reviews and so glad we did. All ready for our time in Nash. Thanks again! read more

I went in to have my iPhone 7 Plus repaired. My screen was cracked all over. I walked in and 30 minutes later I walked out with a new screen on my phone. The guys working there are very people friendly. They were able to answer all the questions and concerns I had. Glad I was about to find them to fix my screen. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They also fix anything with a circuit/screen. read more

So I wake up from an epic night in Austin and look at my iPhone 5s to check my emails. That's when I discover that I had cracked my screen and it was spreading from the initial crack all the way across the screen. DOH! While I am not sure how the screen was broken (like surely it wasn't due to a bar hop or clumsiness due to alcohol?), I knew that I had to get it fixed. So when I got back to Nashville I googled places and this place is right by my house. Plus it is right by the tanning place. And Corner Pub too. Soooo I made an appointment online and took it on over. They were waiting for me when I got there and took my phone back. 20ish minutes later my phone was like new. BOOM!!! It was more than I thought it would be, but it was better than buying a new phone when I am still under contract after buying this phone. Sooooooo I'LL TAKE IT. Got a smart phone problem? Bring it here and you'll get it fixed quickly. read more

They truly are the best. Professional, fast, and priced reasonably. I have rambunctious boys and they cracked and destroyed almost every iPad screen in the house. Thank goodness for LifeLine and the gentleman I always see whenever I go. I never have to wait long for them to call and say it's done! read more

I just moved to Nashville and of course, Murphy's Law was enacted. Weird issues with car. Mosquitoes coming to get me. And worse of all, my iPhone broke after I dropped it for the 12th time this week. The thing stopped texting. And I couldn't get on any apps. In wild panic, I called the nearest phone repair services in my neighborhood and only one in four answered the phone with a human being. The man was Ron. And what a wonderful human this guy was. He said he could repair in 30 minutes. I drove there instantly. Dropped off my phone. Took a walk in the rain with my kid outside Whole Foods. And lo and behold, Ron restored peace and harmony in my life - and we had a nice conversation after. Phone good as new. Don't hesitate to call LifeLine. Now, I need to tackle those mosquitos. read more

I am very please with the service I received at LifeLine Repairs. I was jogging outside when it started raining and unfortunately my iPhone got a little wet. I was no longer able to scroll, type, or even unlock my iPhone. I also had two white lines across my iPhone display. I first went to another place of business off of Elliston Rd, iHospital. I was initially told that because I had put the phone in rice (which apparently is a bad idea) after getting it wet that their luck with phones in similar situations are slim-to-none. I was then advised that I should take my phone to Apple's Genius bar to have it replaced with a refurbished model for $299. I came to LifeLine repairs for a second opinion and am glad I did. I told them my situation and the employee said that he'd be happy to take a look at my phone. He popped the screen open and showed that the water sensors on the phone showed no water damage. All that had to be replaced was the screen that had been damaged by the water. Not the phone. It took them 30 mins to fix it and for $120 I had my perfectly working iPhone back. I should have came here first. Now anytime I have any issues I will come back here! read more

Lifeline Repairs is the best! They have saved my cell phone, iPad and computer and performed repairs that other shops couldn't complete.

I cannot express the kindness and overall professionalism that these guys give each and every customer! They are extreme knowledgeable in their field and super efficient regarding repair times and quotes. Definitely give a good look at their insurance plan they offer through the store, it's a no brainer! I will be back! read more

Service was super friendly and they work fast. I have an iPad and needed the screen replaced--they replaced it with an inferior part. The screen is made of plastic and I have these "rainbow" blotches under the screen. iPad feels like a cheap imitation now. Once again the staff was nice but they use inferior non-OEM parts. I live overseas so I never got a chance to follow up. read more

Great company great people. Very helpful and communicative. Went to get my iPhone screen fixed and they had the best price. We found out we could trade in my phone damaged for a better price while they were in the middle of fixing it. They put it back together and didn't charge us anything! Customer service at its best! Highly recommend this place for sure read more

Lifeline has helped me out with cracked screens before and been great. Stopped in to see if they could help clear out a charging port on my iPhone and they were more than happy to help out. Only took a minute or two, would highly recommend read more

WHEN THEY BREAK YOUR PHONE IT'S ON YOU. Brought in an iPhone 7+ to get a screen repair for $200. They broke the home button trying to put on a new screen. They then couldn't get the home button to work on the old cracked screen either. We were only given the choice to pay $200 for the now broken phone with a new screen or no payment and they put back with cracked screen with the now broken home button. Three hours later the phone is now far worse off and I'm going to have to pay for an entire new phone. Don't come here unless you're fine with them breaking your phone and not doing anything about it. They also never called and closed the store before telling us anything was wrong... We had to knock on the door until somebody finally came only to tell us they broke it. Total incompetence. read more

Guys.. I have an iPhone 6 plus with a broken screen and no insurance. The Apple Store at The Mall at Green Hills will charge $125 to fix it. This place quoted $225. Every phone repair place I've called today has quoted me at $199 or higher. read more

These guys fixed the rear camera glass covering on our Samsung Galaxy S5. It somehow shattered. I had a hard time finding correct parts but they had it. Called them Saturday morning and they were very helpful. Stopped by at lunch on Saturday and they were done in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend them. read more

Lifeline was awesome! Cracked LCD....took 45min and it looks brand new!!

I have gone to this one, but since I moved I go to the one on 844 Hillwood Blvd. BOTH these places are AMAZING! They fix your phone quickly and they are ALWAYS nice. I have had my phone repaired at the one on Hillsboro twice and both times they were great. The one on Hillwood Blvd. ( west nashville) I have taken my phone in twice and my son's once and they will always back up their guarantees. I would definitely recommend Lifeline Repairs to anyone needing phone repairs, they are some amazing people there. read more

In and out in 15 minutes for a Samsung 4s LCD display. Price was competitive to other service providers in the area. However, others quote an hour or longer. Also, because I mentioned a special on Yelp, they knocked $10 off my bill. read more

Fast, friendly, convenient, and reasonably priced. $119 for an iPhone 6 screen replacement. Great experience all around!

This place was great - my iPhone screen wouldn't respond to touch - I thought I was going to have to replace the glass but it ended up being a wiring issue - much cheaper. Showed up at 10am and the guys had it done within an hour - just as they said they would. Great place to try before having to buy a new phone! read more

My screen on my iPhone 5s was lifting up on the top. I assumed I was going to have to pay $100 for a new screen. The guy took it in back and adjusted the screen & the metal frame which had bent from a drop. He said to come back if I had any problems, and there was no charge! I know I will crack my screen, will be going back. read more

Fantastic service! My iPhone 6 Plus screen was horribly cracked and they were able to repair it in 1 hour and it was less expensive than iHospital. The screen looks great - can't tell that any repairs were completed. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

These guys have repaired multiple devices of mine... usually while I wait! They are fast, honest and absolutely reasonably priced. After getting a new screen replaced on my iPhone, the screen started separating about 2 months after. I took it in, they noticed that there was a slight bend in my iPhone chassis, straightened out, replaced the glass and charged me nothing, saying they should've caught it the first time. Just today, I dropped my phone, the glass popped out of the chassis and I took it in. Within 5 minutes, they had it back together, glued up and on my way. Again, no charge. I'm not saying you're going to get things for free, here... but they know customer service and know that the little things like they did today makes life long customers. read more
