Ryan and William were so patient and knowledgeable they helped me work through the process and showed me how to use the program and also download the media to the flash drive. They were professional and empathetic when dealing with me and my Limited knowledge of computer programs they made it simple. They only charged me $69.00 plus I forgot how to format the flash drive I called them back a week later and they walked me through the process and did not charge me. The only negative is the parking for the store because you need to park behind the building and climb a number of stairs but it is worth the small hassle for the great service I received so if your looking for a good group of techs that care give them a try. These guys are THE BEST! I have now had two different MacBook Pro laptops repaired here and they…read moredid an amazing job! The first had a broken screen, the cd drive was damaged (as was the case from being in a 100 pound amplifier vs. Mac accident), the keyboard had multiple keys missing and some that didn't work. They did everything and the machine works great! The second had a broken screen, broken trackpad, non functioning keyboard (due t o a windy coffee incident), non functioning cd drive, burnt out battery, faulty motherboard, and more! (I will say that I am not "gentle" on my computers, I expect them to work...and work hard) They did all the work and the computer looks BRAND NEW! Why you ask didn't I just buy new laptops? At over $2500 each, even with all the repairs that needed to be done, CMC made it far more worth it to repair than replace. If you need Mac repairs, these are the guys to see! Great Job and Thank you! Maxx

She actually suggested that I go to Staples or Best Buy instead almost immediately. All I requested is that before she took my laptop that I can speak with a technician. You would think local businesses would help each other out. Not the case... I guess I'm off to give my money to the big corporate service companies (Staples) instead of supporting my local Cromwell business. Nice Work AOS.

WARNING!! While the…read moreperson who did the repairs was nice, they didn't inform me of any of the options of getting my phone repaired. Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!

It was at the point it would have cost me over 800 bucks to fix it. I called around, some places never called be back or they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to look at. As I was doing research on repair places I came across Computer Serenity. Robert called be back.I explained the problem. He said he would come out and look at. I was so impressed that he would come to me. I wouldn't have to lug the big heavy computer out some where. He looked at while he here. He explained to me what was wrong in easy to under stand language. He told me how much it would cost it. I was extremely happy with his price. Now keep in mind I was just going to through out the computer. Robert was able to repair it. He brought it back to me. That was so awesome. He was easy to talk to. He got back to me in a timely manner. It's very rear when someone impresses me . I have to say Robert did. I would say if you have any computer problems or phone problem. or networking issue. SCORE! I needed to have this done all along and never actually did it. I was planning to have the tv mounted, buy a long cord to plug it in and then once I had the chance, I'd get that outlet installed to make life easier. I didn't realize this at time but when I purchased his services on Amazon, I didn't just hire any old person to come and mount my television. I hired a licensed electrician! He installed my power outlet, mounted my television, concealed both the power and cable wires and even marked my electrical box in the basement! He did a hell of a lot more than those Geeks at Best Buy! (That's a fact, btw, I'm speaking from experience). There was an additional charge for installing the power outlet but it was a very reasonable price. He was very patient, didn't rush through his work and made sure we were happy . This was a very positive experience. All in all, I ended up winning! Thanks, Rob!
