    Buy a laptop somewhere else, very unfortunate interaction with the owner at this place…read more - Peeled off a sticker from my laptop brought in for a consult without permission. - Bought a refurbished machine from him, installed a different internet browser other than google chrome and the machine flipped out. - Brought back to tech to fix, tech said he fixed it, charged me, then bring it home find out it's not fixed. (Charge was refunded thankfully). - Brought in the next day to owner who spent the entire time talking over me, getting louder and louder at me intimidating me into believing that it was my fault for changing a single thing on the computer that must have messed it up. I had to tell him multiple times that I was not there to argue and that I needed the machine he sold me two days ago to be fixed, replaced, or refunded. - Only reason no 1 star is he replaced the machine with an identical one. -Then he called me "a very paranoid individual" when I asked for a receipt for the machine trade. Being a young woman and a nursing student I've dealt with my fair share of intimidating narcissists but that's not really how you run a successful business. It would have been better if he had listened to me and what the problem was without immediately jumping to "this is all your fault for changing a single thing on the machine I sold you." If you're going to buy a new laptop, just go somewhere else.
