Rude, demeaning, and argumentative behavior from employee behind the counter. Do not recommend using this place AT ALL!

I brought my MacBook Pro, worth nearly $3,000, to this shop for a simple battery replacement…read more Unfortunately, the experience turned into a frustrating ordeal. After the battery was replaced, the keyboard suddenly stopped working. The store owner claimed this was related to the old battery and tried to charge me an additional $200 for a keyboard replacement. When I declined, saying I couldn't afford it, he reopened the laptop--and the keyboard miraculously started working again. However, when I got home, I noticed light leaking from the bottom of the screen. I called to report the issue, but the owner refused to take any responsibility. Instead, he threw out a bunch of technical jargon and insisted that light bleed is "normal" after a battery replacement, which clearly isn't true. This kind of damage is typically caused by mishandling the backlight cable during the repair. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, he is not qualified to perform computer repairs. I strongly advise taking your device elsewhere to avoid unnecessary damage, added costs, and a lot of stress.
