I came by after lunch, they said it would be 7 PM. I showed up at 7, it wasn't ready. I came back 30 minutes later, the phone was ready and still hot from their repair, so I was obviously an afterthought. But the phone seemed ok, so I paid and left. Shortly after, the phone started to act strange (part of screen black, speaker crackling). I got sick over the Christmas break, so I couldn't come in person. I requested support via the contact form on their site. I got no response. When I felt better, I called to ask about my claim. They said they never received my web request and the 30 day warranty had expired. They never communicated that the warranty was 30 days. In fact, the only warranty info the site shows is 90 days. Regardless, I did reach out during that window but they did not honor their warranty. Now my phone needs multiple repairs. Worst experience. I would strongly advise against them.

Benchmark IT & Telecom came to my house to help me with my new projector, this involved running a new HDMI cable and ethernet. The technician was on time and well versed. He showed me and my home respect and was very educated in his field. The install went great and fast and when complete he cleaned up his work area. Here's where Benchmark IT & Telecom excelled. An hour or so later, I found that a cable was knocked loose in my attic and I lost communication to some of my devices. I realized that this is something that happens sometimes with installs, but wondered how they would handle my call. I called the tech and he was very apologetic. He was happy to return and fix the issue ASAP. I unfortunately was not able to meet that day, but he gladly returned the next business day (with a second tech) and finished the job. I called Brandon not quite sure what to expect cost wise to set up the cameras, whether there would be a monthly cost, etc. Once I contacted Brandon, he was out to the house immediately. He was very thorough, explained the system to me and explained there is no monthly subscription fee as the system I have records to a DVR. He helped set up the app on both mine and my wife's cell phone and walked us through how to snip videos and put them on a USB. At this point, I was very satisfied with Brandon's response and professionalism while at the house, and the price was extremely fair as well. A couple of days after the system was set up I began to have an issue viewing the cameras. I contacted Brandon once again and he walked me through the steps to diagnose the issue over the phone. Turns out the hard drive went bad, so he told me which one to order on Amazon. It came in, and being busy with the move I wasn't able to contact him again to install it until 9:30PM on a Sunday night. Amazingly, he called right away and walked me entirely through the setup of the new hard drive. Again, at 9:30PM on a SUNDAY night, Brandon called me back right away after contacting him and walked me through all steps necessary and didn't even charge me. Brandon is very responsive to customer needs and goes out of his way to make sure everything is correct. I will never use anyone again for home security install and I recommend you don't either. Brandon truly cares about his clients and his level of customer service is second to none. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars.
