At first Eduardo couldn't locate my files, but with persistence and some detective work found my files in an unusual file location. Since I sent my wife and she handed it over oblivious. She comes back says it was 200 to resolder a freaking pin? Let me tell you it will take this man 5 mins to finish this task if hes good. 15 if he takes his time. The parts are literally in the dollar amount. Talking about 15 dollars tops and that's generous. Whats actually wrong with Toronto is people like him taking advantage of young people, college students, older people, and non tech savvy people like my wife. I has few few more issues after when getting the PC back home which ended up being my Wifi hardware couldn't function with the new BIOS. He spend several more hours dedicated to restoring the function. He wasn't able to get the old Wifi hardware working but installed a Wifi Stick for free. Throughout he was very professional and understanding and went the extra distance to ensure the original issue I brought it in for was resolved and the subsequent issues were addressed to get it fully functional. Ok so I am suuuuuuuper picky when it comes to my computers…read more I usually fix them myself but this time around i didn't have the time or the focus for it. Enter Rosedale computers. I had such a pleasant experience. I needed a new motherboard and they sourced one for me and had it installed in a reasonable time frame and made sure I was happy with the choice of part before installing it. The price was reasonable and the work honest. Which isn't always easy to find in repair shops. I would totally recommend their services. Cheaper doesn't always mean good service. Parts and labour is not easy or cheap. Especially on some computers the labour is intense. I would know usually I'm doing the labour and it's not easy! If you want good honest work, for sure check these guys out. They've been around for many many years and as I understand from the owner they have over 15 years of experience. So you are in great hands. Oh and I brought a 2010 iMac unibody to them for reference. And it came back super clean, not a singe scratch or finger print on my screen (which I'm always worried about) and running without any glitches. I'm so happy with the work I may just stop doing things myself now ha! Happy computing!
