My husband had recently passed away and Leo deleted his email and all the records of home improvements, pictures and just everything he had, they are just gone as were all the messages, some of which I would reread just for comfort. They were "nice" people but stay away from them. The shop looks like a bomb went off in it. I was very uncomfortable inside. I am still struggling with using my PC. I took my HP Printer there for repair back in May. I felt uncomfortable right away since I could not talk to a technician to describe the issues. I was also told there would be a non-refundable diagnostic test run to determine the cause of the issue. Not sure if it was $Not too long afterwards I got a call saying they concluded it was the printheads and it would cost around $260 and $120 was due immediately if I wanted it fixed. I paid it. After a couple of weeks or so they (Bill I believe) called saying the printheads that came in were defective and it would take another couple of weeks to fix. I did get one call when it was done. I'm out of town a lot and I tried going by there a few times but their hours are 9-5 weekdays, making it difficult to sync up.
