It's tough to find good PC repair. These guys are good, honest and fast. Their prices are reasonable. They give you options. We bought a used laptop which outperforms our old laptop with issues that would cost more than the used laptop. I've used them for years. Whatever the issue, they can take it on. Thanks Computer Guys. Marty read more

I was having trouble with my computer and it was just really acting up to the point where I could not do work stuff on it anymore. I called around for quotes and the Computer Guys were much more easier to work with and gave me a good price than the competitors. I took my computer in and they told me I would have to have my computer stay there for a few days so they can work on it. They even assured me that my computer would be kept in a locked storage area for extra protection until it is ready for me to pick up. My computer is running stronger than ever and I highly recommend the Computer Guys for any computer repair you need, big or small. read more

If you care about masks, distancing, and feeling safe in an indoor environment, this is not the place you want to be.

Rescued a laptop on eBay, but it turned out to have an unactivated copy of Windows 10. Brought it to the shop, and walked out with the Windows 10 activated in less than 10 minutes. They know what they are doing. Very friendly. Will use them again when the need arises. Thanks! read more

Well, I came to these guys first because of their Yelp ratings but after speaking with their representative, 'Jonathan', I quickly became dismayed. I had an issue with my laptop that could have been repaired by them but during the course of the conversation it became obvious that Johnathan was not willing to work on it, instead, recommending me to purchase one of their used laptops. News flash for you Computer Guys, not every customer wants to be told that their relatively new laptop should be replaced by one of your used ones...what the customer simply wants is for your staff to tell them that you can or can't repair it and not that you won't because it's too much work. At least Jonathan saved me the gas money of driving into their store, hence is the reason they get one star. BTW, found another vendor that was willing to do the work for about 20% cheaper. read more

Thanks to the store owner for the reply. Since you asked, the replacement key works great.. Cost me seven dollars...a bit less pricey than a full keyboard replacement.. :) But since you were diligent enough to reply, I may try you again, should something else go wrong... read more

These guys are great. I'd taken my computer to Best Buy and they wrongly claimed they couldn't move a piece of FREEWARE(1) during my computer rebuild. Idiots! I went to Computer Guys and they finished the job. Geek Squad can go jump in the lake. If they don't do what the customer needs?! read more

Came in here with my computer that wasn't turning on. First thing I noticed was the shop was very spacious and not cluttered like most computer shops. Took it into Data Computers and they couldn't seem to figure out the problem and were suggesting I buy a new computer. I refused and took it to The Computer Guys. I dropped it off and after an hour, they called me back. Turns out my motherboard was shorting. They showed me a selection of motherboards to choose from that were fair prices. They didn't just throw a price at me, they gave me options. They installed it when it came in and I was on my way. I recommend this shop to anyone. Great service, fast, and affordable! read more

My mid range gaming/everything computer started overheating and restarting itself in the middle of anything. I brought it to the Computer Guys and got awesome service. The gentleman behind the counter answered all of my questions, and didn't talk down to me. They diagnosed it, cleaned and serviced it. They even fixed the problem by resealing the processor, which they included in the cost of of the clean and servicing. The computer is running better than I ever remember. I'm going to start bringing both my wife and my computers here annually for service. read more

Since 1998 I've been been taking my computer to various shops to be repaired. About a year ago i foung a shop called "The Computer Guys" This computer shop and this one alone is the best place i've taken my computer to. The work is outstanding, complete, prompt and at a very reasonable cost. The best park is; they always give you an estimate before the work begins, in my case the work has always been less then the estimate and completed on time.. I highly reccomend this shop as the one and only one, best shop i've ever used. James Hand read more
