Now, I don't care if you follow it up with some kind of chuckle, that is simply rude. If you're after hours, don't pick up the phone, or tell me so politely and ask me to call back. Or let the thing ring, I'll get the answering machine that probably tells me your operating hours, and I'll call back another time. This may have just been a bad day, so I'll only give it two stars.
