Highly recommend for any Apple related service no matter what the problem is . also for new sales !

My machine was repaired and works well now, but these guys need to learn to keep up communication and set expectations with customers. I shouldn't have to call you (twice!) for an update. If it's going to take 10 days - that's fine - but I need to know that upfront. My biggest problem was really the lack of communication. After dropping my machine off, I called the provider 4 days later to ask when I could expect the machine to be ready, and at that point they asked for permission to repair it. ??!! Isn't permission implied when you drop it off? Or shouldn't you have called me sooner if you needed permission? I was told it would be ready latest 2-3 days. 6 days later I hadn't heard from them still - I called back and it was then that they said they had received a bad part from Apple and had to reorder it. Later that day they called to tell me I could pick it up. If I had another option to take my Mac to for a certified repair, I would go somewhere else. read more

This place here had some of the rudest service I've ever seen and to give all that attitude for me letting them know what the T-Mobile/Sprint associate had told me, starting off with we don't listen to nothing them ratchet T-Mobile people have to say. But to come back and tell what T-Mobile had already told me about the phone after I was trying to explain what T-Mobile had already told me and highlighted all the steps I needed. Marvin and Jeremey was very unprofessional in there roles, looking like asses trying to stay they had the equipment that T-Mobile didn't have to tell me T-Mobile already told me but the ratchet comments were uncalled for. But I guess me calling them asses is uncalled for as well but you are how you act and they both act ignorant as all get out read more

I found this computer store by accident online and I was pleasantly surprised by their expertise and their attention to detail. Computer concepts saved my MacBook Pro it was suffering from slow performance and they fixed that issue which plagued for at least two or three years prior bringing to them. I would recommend anybody to use computer concepts as their go to experts for Apple products computers and training. I liked Jeremy assistance with my questions and made excellent suggestions that worked great! Thanks so very much for the great service! read more

I would give 0 Stars if it was an option. I came here for a simple screen repair despite the other terrible reviews because it was the only apple certified repair store that could take me this week. After talking sh!t about my phone in the back of the store, they walked to the front and refused me service because their was dirt in my speakers and told me my entire phone was shot. My speakers functions perfectly fine. I am typing this on my working phone now, just still has a cracked screen. Never have I heard something so ridiculous. I called Apple directly and they told me themselves that they handled the situation incorrectly and apologized. terrible service. Unprofessional. I'll wait to get into an actual apple store next time. read more

While Apple stores were closed this was where the Apple site directed us to get Apple certified repairs. I took my phone in for a microphone issue, it failed his test so he decided he needed to remove my entire screen and he cracked it all (R) the way across, he was extremely rude and tried to blame it on me. Now Apple won't fix my mic problem without the screen being fixed first. I would be happy to change my review if someone reaches out to help resolve this. read more

Customer service is less than desirable. I used an authorized Apple repair place in Burbank CA two months ago and they were amazing; this place, not so much. I have a MacBook Air purchased in 2019 where the cord melted with the wires being exposed. Apple referred me to this store to have the cord replaced. Downhill from there ... The young lady who answered the phone couldn't answer simple questions as to whether a. AppleCare covered the replacement and b. If I have a incident number could I just switch out the cord. So, I was transferred to a gentleman. Now he stated that I have to bring in my year-old computer for "tests" before they can send out for a new cord. Mind you, my laptop is under an AppleCare warranty. Didn't have an issue with bringing my laptop in ... in a pandemic ... to replace a frayed cord but when I objected to having my computer "tested" for a cord replacement - which btw has NEVER happened for any of my Apple products and I have three laptops and an iMac - he claimed Apple required it. And if I had an issue, take it up with Apple. Guess what?? I sure did take it up with Apple and needless to say Apple stated very clearly they do not require it but that some authorized repair places like to do a "check" so they can find issues. I'm good. My Mac is amazing and I zero issues. I just didn't want to have a fire hazard charging my laptop. Needless to say that when I called Apple back & told them what happened, they immediately shipped out a new cord - at no charge. Go figure. Just be wary about people telling you they run "tests" that Apple does not require to do things like replace a frayed cord. And this place can be sure I let Apple know about the customer. These guys are unprofessional, rude and completely not very customer service minded. Manager stated that he actually spoke with me on the phone telling me that my hard drive had failed and the data cannot be recovered and that told him I would come by and pick the computer up. He further went on to say that he had a good memory and would not forget the call, implying that I was lying or could not remember an important phone call of this type. He calls many people with similar types of issues seeming to remember everyone. I clearly would remember a call concerning a business computer. Nonetheless, I would not trust these guys with anything of value as they are truly "hacks". Before throwing away someone's computer a second call and/or email would've been appropriate, wow that would be really difficult! Buyer beware! read more

I will never deal with this store. The guy is FLAT OUT RUDE. He quoted me a price without even opening my laptop. When his "quote" was questioned he called Apple fucking liars. Update: Contacted Apple reported store and gave them the managers name Jeremy Rosa. I filed a complaint with him but have yet to hear back. So I doubt the company cares about customer service at their Chesapeake storefront. read more

I am very disappointed with Computer Concepts. After speaking with the AppleCare Support Center they referred me to Computer Concepts to get my daughter's iPad screen fixed. They told me it would be $29 to get it repaired however after we picked it up from Computer Concepts I noticed I was charged $56. I called to get clarification about the charge and the Manager of this is store was very rude. I was simply asking a question and he wanted to argue with me about how he to tell Apple how to do their job and was very rudely giving me step by step directions about how to find the pricing of repairs as if I were stupid and couldn't read. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I would drive to Lynnhaven Mall before I go back to this company. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else! read more

Repair completed satisfactorily. However, owner and employee would not wear masks as required by governor's executive order for pandemic response. Owner was rude when I asked him to wear mask, disputing the requirement and effectiveness of masks and abruptly turned away to go to the back of the store. Dropped off a non working MacBook Pro and they replaced the mother board and all working good. I'd recommend them. I read all the COVID-19 remarks and frankly during that time nobody knew what was happening and the dangers. These guys had a table setup at the entrance to create a barrier. I was good with that and I wore a mask. I asked about turnaround and they said they would call me with an update. They did a few days later and it was fixed in a few days. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The young kid at the front has a very nasty attitude. I walked in and he asked what he could help me with and I told him I had an appointment set by Apple. He said "first of all, Apple likes to make appointments or whatever but we don't do that here." Instantly rubbed the wrong way. I handed him my MacBook and he carelessly opened it and carried it with two fingers by the top of the screen and dropped it on the counter. He informed me it would be a couple of days for diagnostic. I asked for a more specific time frame and he said we have a que I don't know when it will be. So I asked for my computer back and told him I would try Apple instead under his breath he said, "yea good luck with that." POOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm sorry this kid hates his job but no one told him to work there. TheRe was an older gentleman working who was much more professional and helpful but that kid needs to be fired for his nasty attitude. I'm going to Apple for my computer warranty vs this store. Stopped in to see if my teen's ipad could be repaired. He had almost dropped it and was wearing a headset. The connector had broken off in the audio port. Not only did they fix it on the spot but at a very reasonable cost!!! They will be my new "go to" for service and support! read more
