At first I used the "make a one-time payment" option each month, and even that stopped working. It no longer accept my account number at all even though the internet is still working and being used. I have spent several hours on the phone and did multiple physical visits to the upper arlington store Over the last 3 months. Their completely useless reps are not only are the condescending and act like I just don't know how to sign up for an account, they still refuse to escalate to someone higher up who might he able to fix whatever bizarre glitch is happening to my inaccessible account. Since I refuse to call and spent several minutes just trying to get past their answering machine robot (which also absolutely awful) just to pay my monthly bill, I'm cancelling and switching to spectrum, who I despise with a passion. Verizon is so incredibly terrible I'd rather have the shitty service spectrum has, which I didn't even know was possible.

My SPECTRUM wireless internet service is still totally unreliable, booting me out between (just in…read morethe last 10 days) between 14 and 30 times a day. This includes both televisions, my laptop, and even occasionally my iPhone. There is no rhyme or reason, it just happens, and while I am typically able to reconnect, that's not the service I'm paying for, which I am contractually required to acquire through my apartment property owner, as though it's a rent obligation. That itself is anti-competitive. Obviously I am not recieving anything close to SPECTRUM's promised, advertised, and contracted for 1GB service, which I have confirmed using SPECTRUM's own app. I believe on information and evidence that the reason for the constant outages is that SPECTRUM puts far too many nodes on the system, and then when a larger number of users are tapping bandwidth, it's insufficient to support the load. This is tantamount to communications FRAUD, in my view. I am filing a formal FCC complaint and another complaint with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Video Service Authorization Section. I hope there's a reasonable alterative to SPECTRUM, the most unreliable service I have ever had the displeasure to use. Still Breezeline is better than most, particularly Spectrum. But we are moving and it is a real headache canceling service. You can't call. You can chat. You wait, and wait and wait and then answer many questions multiple times. Then just when you are almost finished, you get dusconnected. Since you provided your number can they call back? No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so. Today was a perfect example as I called to review my plan and make adjustments. My call was answered quickly and within 5 minutes I had the answers I needed. This is par for the course with this vendor and I highly recommend them both in terms of service, features, and pricing. I am undoubtedly a happy customer.

They have in more recent years tried to monetize a ridiculous feature or two, but a quick call from an old customer always seems to work out equitably. They have been extremely reliable. They have always been extremely responsive even when I let them know there is no hurry. They keep up on the technologies available. I can not think of a reason to not use them for your hosting. The only reason I ever did not use them for hosting is when an existing client insists on using another and that is a PITA for me I must say. I have been spoiled by OWH.
