He even took away our old devices to be recycled. He was friendly, nice, professional, and extremely helpful. He can also help with virus and spyware removal, transferring data from other devices or drives, or other IT issues. He can do do home visits, or even help you remotely. These guys are doing it right. Exactly what you hope for in a local business…read more I found DC through a Facebook group when I asked for computer repair rec's. Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Super 5 Stars for DC Computers! They care about their business and customers. So glad I found them.

Mark took the time to explain how battery cycles work, what to expect in terms of battery life, and how to properly understand battery health. It was clear he genuinely knew his stuff and cared about making sure I understood the repair--not just getting me in and out the door. Fast forward about four months, and I unexpectedly started experiencing battery degradation. I reached back out to Mark, not really knowing what to expect since I was outside the warranty window. Without hesitation, he offered to replace the battery--no questions asked. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days. Anyone can provide a service when everything goes right, but standing behind your work and taking care of a customer after the fact is what separates a good business from a great one. Mark earned my trust and my business for the long term. This is exactly how you create lifelong customers. Thank you, Mark, for taking care of me and for providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend PCS Connection!

Each time, they have delivered swift (as the name implies), high-quality, and honest service. As any repair shop is, prices aren't cheap, but I have found that you get what you pay for (and your devices can be something you shouldn't cheap out on.) Swift repairs deliver services with moderate pricing and great quality. I have also never had a problem with customer service. There is usually only one person working at a time, but that does not hinder me from a great experience. Yesterday, I went in to fix my phone that had water damage. I never asked him his name, but a young gentleman who had longer dark hair had helped me. He told me the pricing of a higher-quality screen versus an aftermarket screen, and what the w might be. As a consumer I greatly appreciate this honesty as I do not feel like I'm being charged and it further helps build my trust with swift repairs. He repaired my phone and literally less than two minutes, which to be fair. I'm sure my screen was an easy fix, but even when I have had more complicated damage, they have always made sure to prioritize and balance my order among plenty of others. All these factors kept in mind has left me overall many great experiences with this store. I highly recommend it for anyone that has any issues with electronics. Thank you!
