Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! Both repairs were completed quickly, and everything worked perfectly. A few months later, my laptop touchpad started acting up again, so I took it back. He inspected it, explained the issue, and replaced the part again under warranty at no charge. I didn't even realize the repair was still covered. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He always takes the time to explain what's wrong, gives honest advice about whether a computer is worth repairing, and never tries to sell you something you don't need. I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find. One place quoted me $165-195, another said $189, but PC Specialist said $220. Service: He came out to my car to get my laptop, but instead of just looking at it there to give the quote, he asked me to give him 10-15 minutes and he took it inside. He came back in less than 5 minutes and told me the quote, handing me my laptop OPEN rather than closed. As he walked away, I tried to close it and found that I couldn't, as some part was sticking out. I called after him and told him I couldn't close it. He took it and tried, then said, "Let me go use my tools" and he took the laptop back inside. He came back in a minute or two with it closed, and I thanked him and drove off. When I got home, I saw that my laptop could open and close, but the thing itself was completely broken. It wouldn't turn on AT ALL. By playing with the hardware, he had completely damaged it so that it would no longer work.
