Dr. Neal is the best chiropractor doctor I've ever experienced. Getting my neck adjusted has always freaked me out, but everything about the experience in his office puts me at ease. He's friendly and professional, and offers tips to enhance my experience, like suggestions for diy stretches and equipment that I can use daily on my own. The actual adjustments are well done, without the jarring roughness of chiropractors I visited in the past. I'm greeted by the welcoming staff, who invite me to use the roller beds, massage guns, and other toys of restoration while I wait my turn. The waterbed massage table was my favorite but it's been broken for a while. I've visited about a dozen different chiropractors in the past due to moving, traveling, and changing insurance plans. Before meeting Dr. Neal, I did not like traditional chiropractic care, but had endured it due to getting rear-ended by a drunk driver, being the passenger in a car that ran a stop sign and t-boned a truck, and the degeneration of my spine over time from those accidents. My neck goes out sometimes and they are usually able to get me in last-minute in those situations. Unfortunately they stopped taking my insurance due to the provider requiring time-consuming paperwork, which they said made it not cost-effective. Sad about that. read more

Dr Neal has been amazing in controlling my sciatica pain and headaches so I can hike with my friends. My family and I used to go out of our way to come to this office because we really liked the service, but things have been steadily declining since the beginning of last year. ​We initially took a break from this practice after an incident where a staff chiropractor (who is no longer there) arrived late, throwing off the entire morning schedule. My wife waited forever to be seen, and the doctor looked noticeably overtired, which felt unprofessional and unsafe. ​We decided to give them another chance recently, only to run into administrative chaos. Due to changes with our insurance requiring pre-authorization, the office decided to stop taking our carrier entirely because they didn't want to deal with the paperwork. I was authorized for a final 4 visits to finish up treatment. I scheduled my final appointment, trusting their front desk to handle the dates correctly. ​Instead, I received a text just 30 minutes before my appointment telling me I was outside my authorization window. They had scheduled me on a date my insurance wouldn't cover. When I spoke to them, the response was incredibly cold. They admitted it was their oversight in scheduling, yet blamed me for not tracking the window myself and offered no solution other than cancelling me last minute. ​It is clear this office no longer puts patients first. Mistakes happen, but admitting a scheduling error was your fault and then treating the patient poorly because of it is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this office anymore. read more

I am beyond angry on how this place handles things and my first good review I took it down when it was evident it was not a good place, but I wanted to be understanding and I didn't leave a bad review, now I feel patients need to be warned to not trust this place. I came here with a Groupon, they convinced me to instead used my insurance and they of course charge them up, my first visit I had a horrible massage that left me in severe pain, I had been in an accident and it was beyond ridiculous that I would be manhandled so badly by the masseuse, the next day, I couldn't stand up straight and I was in severe pain for a week, every time I came in the doctor instead of focusing on my treatment he would chat about his personal life, which I could care less about, he didn't send me to an MRI which I needed and when I finally left and went elsewhere the first thing the doctor did was send me for that, then said I should have not have any adjustments at all due to my condition, had dr Neil sent me to get my MRI, I would have not suffered like I did potentially worsening my injury. When I confronted them about charging my insurance for what was covered for the Groupon they said they did it to help me, turns out they overcharged for services anyways. Negligent and shady!! Stay away, I wish I would had never gone there read more

Only been here 1 time after purchasing a Groupon. The experience was very nice. Got a massage, exam and adjustment break for this place. I scheduled an appointment and was able to get in within a week. The office lady was nice. My massage therapist was extremely professional, very skilled and knowledgeable. He worked out all the kinks in my back and hips. It was a great massage. The chiropractor took x-rays of my back and explained the source of my back pain. My mom & my daughter referred me to Dr. Neal. On my first visit I was greeted by a friendly & helpful gal at the front desk named Jennifer. She set me up on the Sola Jet massage table. It was warm (dry) water wave massage. It was very relaxing. I also tried the Traction table. It also felt good. Suggest starting on lower setting even though you may feel like you can handle more at the time. I had an amazing therapeutic massage by Butch. He alleviated a lot of the pain I was having in my leg & knee due to a tilted pelvis. Dr. Neal was also a good listener, gentle & gave me some PT exercises & stretches to do at home. Chiropractic kind of care here. I come here to get help with lower back pain, specifically what my doctor called a L4/L5 herniation? My experience here has been amazing to say the least. Parking is good and close always tons of spaces in the afternoons. They have great hours throughout the week ( for my work schedule). The building is well kept and the office is clean and bright not dark and dingy like some other places in SD. The staff is so cheerful but not sickeningly so they always just make me happy and relaxed and calm. They know me by name after just a few visits and have saved my card in the system so I dont have to bring my wallet or anything, and they take apple/google pay by the way! Big bonus for me. They have a water massage bed a rolling pin kinda bed and a spinal decompression machine which I havent had experience with so I cant tell you what I think of it, but the other 2 beds feel so good! My chiro Neal, is worth his weight in gold. Very kind calm respectful knowledgeable patient and understanding guy. He always looks genuinely happy and always asks about my day or weekend. My first visit he sat me down listened to why I was there (my lower back issues( asked to read or see my xrays and or MRI scans before I even offered (I brought them for him to see). He showed me on a small fake spine dummy what was happening to my spine and what he can and will do for me. So I understood what was going on without being made to feel dumb. Even over the weeks as I started feeling better but was scared of the cracking (manual adjustments) he was doing to me afraid he would crack my back or neck and Id be in more pain he showed me a diagram explaining what the cracking does for me and how good it is for me and wouldnt put me in more pain but relieve it. I appreciate the reassurance understanding and explanations. Surgery is far on my to do list since I have to lose weight before I can get it but after a few weeks here I dont even want the surgery. Hes given me back mobility and Im motivated (on my own with family support) to better my life by making better choices. Have already lost weight and eat better and can now work out since Dr Neal so EXPERTLY manages my pain for me so I can do so. I can do things I havent been able to do in over 5 years! Walk, sleep sit cook clean grocery shop shower dress and work with virtually no pain. I cry thinking about how Ive gotten my life back. I dont feel like an 80 year old woman but the 32 year old that I am. Seeing other chiros acupuncturists, massage therapists, physical therapists, multiple doctors, multiple E.R. visits and no one has helped me or educated me like he has. Since work from home I've definitely seen a need to go more regularly.
