It is a superbly well stocked electrical wholesale house, but they will sell to walk in home owners such as myself. There are dog treats behind the counter for the pups. The prices are very good, perhaps they can't always compete with Home Depot on copper products, bet everything else they can often do better than the Depot. They also have an excellent supply of motor control and commercial lighting products. The staff is very knowledgeable, and if one of the counter guys cannot assist you he will find someone who can. Getting custom wire cuts is easy and hassle free. This is not your typical electrical supply house that has one guy behind the counter and you have a long wait to get served. He want to drop ship off every in front of my house. Then when he gets ready to unload all the wood he does it in a way where the whole shipment rolls hard into the street so half of the load is in the air at a 90 degree angel. We load off the 2x4x12. Then when it comes time to load off the 1/2x4x8 he gets in his truck steps on the gas so the rest of the load can fall off the truck in the middle of a drive way and I live near Disneyland on a busy 1 way street. Does a 6 point u turn then Yells across the street if I had a hammer to cut off the bands that hold the 1/2x4x8 sheet. Takes off so I have to bring in myself. Very unprofessional its not my problem "oh its almost time for me to get off" hope you ever buys from them have a better experience than me.

Steven ruined this place and has no customer service experience. I have never meet anybody that…read moremakes everything so complicated. Just needed some pieces of aluminum striped and anodized. Dropped about 30 pieces off just before Christmas break and he made it sound like it was easy, $50 to strip and $100 to anodized. Over three weeks goes by and I called to check and nothing has been done. I get a call from Steven later explaining that I won't get the finished that I'm looking for and I need to be OK with the results. I don't really care, as long as it's close to the color I need. Doesn't even have to match the shade. He made me email him an authorization that I would be OK with it. So I did. Four days later I get a call from him, I'm thinking it's done. Nope, he tells me that the stripping didn't remove all the anodization of the previous pieces and it can't be anodized. I'm like just anodize the pieces that can be anodized. Steven tells me that it wouldn't be worth their time to do the small amount that was left. Only 5 of the pieces couldn't be completely striped with small amount of residue. The other 20+ pieces were ready to go from what I saw. If I wanted them anodized, I was responsible for getting the remaining pieces striped and they would do it. Steven made me confirm another email that I would be OK with Reid not being able to complete the work and start a new work order once I have all the pieces clean by us. So I arrange for someone to go pick it up and we would just glass blast them so they can anodize the next day to cut on time. Steven told me that he would have the pieces ready to pickup if I send somebody. He kept insisting that I use Uber pickup to come by and it's ready for pickup. I did find someone that's not Uber to do the pick up because I knew we needed to pay. Apparently the pieces were not ready to be picked up and Steven the the pickup guy I sent got into and altercation because it took Steven 45 minutes to have the parts ready for pickup. Not knowing what happened, I came the following day to drop off the pieces to get anodized. Steven proceeds to tell me that he can't continue business with me because there were some derogatory comments made at Steven and he doesn't feel comfortable doing business with me now because of it. I apologized for the incident. I just agreed with Steven because he just likes to have an excuse and make everything difficult. So before leaving, I asked Steven if he could find some parts that were left and on accident. He asked me to wait for 3 minutes and he will go look of it. About 30 minutes later, I realized the Steven may not come back as I had a nice chat with a few of the crew member there. They find my cages and as I'm about to leave, Steven shows up with an invoice for $100 that I had to pay for rendered services. I paid it and left. I cannot recommend this place at all because it was an utter waist of time and Steven is the most useless person there that does absolutely nothing but bring down his team members. I'm now a month behind on my work thanks to Steven.
