They've also consistently left early when they could have finished cleaning. They skipped an entire bathroom, and the employees tried to make me feel bad when they came back because they got yelled at for not doing their job. They also got upset when I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. When i tried to reschedule, they never responded, so I didn't get cleaning service that month. One of the women cleaned the range over the stove and ended up removing the paint and permanently damaging it. I even told them to stop coming because of the issues I've and and she just said I'll pass it in to our supervisor and figure out what happened but they never contacted me about it again. Please find a better service because this one will cause damage to your property or won't clean properly.

There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients.
